Bush Regime Building Concentration Camps

rinf.com

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of “an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs.”

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

It scares me to think that there are facilities like this, I would like to do more research on these...
Are there any other terms used or organizations invovled with these camps other than FEMA??

I don't know if you all have seen this elsewhere, but people have gone to the trouble and pointed out the various, so-called, locations of these sites... is there any background to these claims out there???

maps.google.ca...

please, any feedback is greatly appreciated!!

i remember bush talking about the Japanese internment camps but i don't remember hearing him talk about refurbishing the camps. do you happen to know anywhere this speech could be watched like youtube or google video or something? also these camps have been being built since long before 9/11 the beach grove Indiana footage of the concentration camp which is usually regarded as the most important piece of evidence against them building concentration camps is from the early 90's.

I live on one of the "alleged" locations - a military base. There is absolutely NO concentration camp here. I also live right next to another "alleged" location - a military base - again, there is NO concentration camp at that location. And have stayed at another "alleged" location - military base - again, NO concentration camp.

So, there are 3 alleged locations that are 100% false. I wouldn't put any faith into the other ones.

This site purports to have all the locations. I notice some are not too far from me, so I'm going to go have a look and take photographs myself. Why not? I'm curious now. I'll post the photographs here. Figure we'll check out the Pershing County location one of these days.

Ther was 2 or 3 on the list from this area and they were nothing. Well Camp Grayling is a training camp and the have a fenced enclosure with a guard tower but it's not too secure and there's no way to get a bunch of people there. As for the railcars they have been proven to be auto transport cars and not even the Nazi shackeled people in the cars it would be unsafe and require too much manpower.

Martial law and such will never occur in the US.
Because, there's enough americans with decent morals and proper ethics.
Think about it,

Could you don a uniform for a leader who's ruined your country, take up arms and force your neighbour into a box car?

It occured in Germany in the 30's/40's becasue everyone had a chip on their shoulder about jews.

The american military would never start sending its own brothers/sisters/fathers/mothers/cousins/friends/uncles/neighbours/room mates/class mates into concentration camps on the order of mein fuhrer bush!

CBS/AP) President Bush signed into law a $38 million grant program to preserve notorious internment camps where Japanese-Americans were kept behind barbed wire during World War II.

sorry 38 million i was a little off sorry it was a few years ago.

but there you go next time us google please.

You can use this info to search for his speech its not on this link but I trust you can find it.

heres a quote from his speech

"
The money will be administered by the National Park Service to restore and pay for research at 10 camps. The law is intended to help preserve the camps as reminders of how the United States turned on some of its citizens in a time of fear. "

Sorry the whole speech isnt in there but theres some quotes they used please feel free to find the entire speech.

Told you i was paraphrasing but ya thats basically what he said.
Please dont argue its preserving the camps not refurbishing.

there synanyms so um there ya go.

This has all been debunked here before. Most of the sites listed were debunked rather quickly and I shot down one myself because I had just been there.

The National Park Service already operates facilities at two of the 10 camps: the Manzanar National Historic Site in California and the Minidoka Internment National Monument in Idaho.

Co-sponsors of the bill included the two current members of Congress who spent time in the camps as children: Democratic Reps. Mike Honda and Doris Matsui of California. Matsui was born in the Poston camp in Arizona.

You mentions about his speech and relation to the current events about Bush building concentration camps. How exactly does this back up your argument? Not to mention the representatives including one who was in one of those camps.

Funding to preserve these old camps doesn't back it up.

I suspect you're right. Looks to me like the ones they say are located in N. Nevada are currently operating as medium security prison camps-- just checking out the general area online cross-referenced with state prison camps.

If you want to get technical, the article states "Bush building camps."

We are supposed to provide the exact wording of the article when we start a news thread.

There are concentration camps in the US. I don't think anyone can refute that.

Most of them are located on the west coast and they were used in WW2 for Japanese-Americans (they were called 'internment' camps, but were almost as bad as the Nazi camps).

Are we building new ones? I don't know.

What I do know is old bases and warehouses are being retrofitted for some kind of civilian roundup.

Are they for a severe influx of illegal immigrants or for US citizens?

Only time will tell.
