Just two more point's, It is silly to say did this or that happen every 3600 years, obviously the affects would be different every time it flys past depending on the position of the planets. The worst time would be if the EARTH got between the SUN and PLANET X on one of the fly bye's, this probably doesnt happen every time. If the Earth is on the opposite side of the Sun to planet X when it flys past the affects would be less of an impact. Also people should study the electric universe theory ( and before you knock this down, remember most science is based on the best theory of the day ) they are saying that most craters are not impact craters but electric arc craters, now we dont see them everyday, so that tells me that something creates alot of electrical activity in our solar system now and again, some food for thought.

Keep in mind that if it comes every 3600 years, it's in a stable orbit. All of the inner planets are also in a stable orbit. That being said, it would pass by the same way each time and the affects would be similar each time.
If it's not in a stable orbit and changes position, then the orbit won't be 3600 years each time.
