Germany becomes First Country to admit Chemtrails Operation

The Canadian Government is about to introduce Geo-Engineering proposals such as "Altering the Earths atmosphere using aerosols" as "Solution to Global Warming" even though this operation has been in full scale deployment world wide for the past ten years with persistent denial by officials in both the American and Canadian governments. This information comes from someone who attended a conservative victory party on the night of the recent election and overheard environmental scientists discussing their glee at finally having a majority government in Canada in order to (officially) implement these proposals.

Well then they are not "finally" going to implement it then, are they.

Personally I think 2nd or 3rd hand reports like this lack credibility - there is no evidence they have been doing it for 10 years, as you allege, and if it was really secret then scientists at a political conference would not be the sort of person that "compartmentalisation" would be giving the knowledge to of the whole programme in the first place.

So they have bought a majority stake in a graphics and data service that specialises in weather information - it doesn't change the weather, it doesn't even monitor the weather as far as I can see - it gets information from weather services, and turns it in to graphics and displays that you see on TV.

The Rothchilds are savvy businesmen, and they acquied the stake (assuming the facts in the article are correct) in January 2011.

It is likely that Weather Central makes quite a good profit - why is this suspicious in any way?

As for the rest of the article - it draws a lot of long bows - for example snow enhancement from 2005 onwards causing curent floods of the Missouri Rvr, uses Carnicom's "research" as evidende of chemtrails, and says that "Owning hte Weather 2025" contravenes teh Geneva accord on not using weateehr modification as a military weapon, and numerous other basic logical and factual errors.

Realy it is nothing more than a mismash of old chemmie claims with a few new ones - like linking cloud seeding to the Missouri floods, and somehow seeing somethign suspicious in the Rothschilds purchase of Weather Central.

Yawn.

Right now we can only speculate as to what type of chemicals are used in these operations. *However, one thing is certain: if we saw a car driving down the road, spewing out a plume of smoke the way these planes are doing, we would be very concerned.

The makeup of chaff is quite well known. It's environmental impacts are well studied.
Here's a report from the University of Saskatchewan.

Whereas conditions conducive to chaff degradation (low soil pH, moist & warm conditions) are likely to occur during the summer months, the effects of an extended winter period on the environmental degradability of chaff is unknown. Regardless, from a chemical toxicity standpoint, it is highly unlikely that chaff releases will have any impact on ecosystem functioning. Likewise, human health issues associated with the inhalation or ingestion of chaff fibers are considered to be negligible because the chaff fibers are too large to pass to through the nose or mouth, and because concentrations of suspended chaff are well below known toxic thresholds. There is some evidence to suggest that exposure to airborne chaff could cause dermal irritation; however, it is unlikely that concentrations of airborne chaff at ground level would ever reach the level needed to bring about this effect.

Can you see where they are definitively claiming that all of this stuff is only chaff? That's right, that's not what they are actually saying.

The video and the "article" mistranslate what is said. That is why the video is called a hoax.
If you listen to what is being said you hear the word "duppel", which gets "translated" as "chemtrails".

Duppel is the German word for chaff.

That mistranslation is completely irrelevant to the fact that they are not claiming to know exactly what is being dumped. It is clearly being expressed that the people want full transparency and to know the full extent of what is being dumped. You are assuming what is being dumped based on taking the German military at face value, which not even the German people themselves are doing. The German military also seems to suggest they are only dumping a small amount of material, and yet the artificial clouds appearing on radar cover very large areas, again, according to the article.

We all know that you are an excellent mouthpiece on behalf of the government, Phage, but not everyone has the same amount of trust in them, and hangs and depends and has total faith in their every word, as you do. There are those of us who are more and more distancing ourselves from what people such as yourself are promoting.

You know the saying, "Don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining." Well don't dump crap in our skies and then make excuses, and expect people to just believe you because you have some sort of automatic credibility because you speak on behalf of the government/military. It doesn't work like that anymore.

Some chemtrailers deliberately mistranslated the video, and the people here will defend that mistranslation as long as they possibly can.
