Dublin Texas UFO witness Ricky Sorrells being harassed by the Air Force. (MUST READ)

I think that the video footage that he produces will be the end all tell all to this story. Once we see that, I believe we will be able to dertemine the validity of this story.

anything 3-4 football fields large should be alerted to the public regardless if its military or ufo...the reactions alone from people have ignited ufo searches on the internet and it seems as if the last few months theres been an increase in activity- whether or not they are military or not- all information should be released to the public. Are there no more good people left on this planet or has the world all gone corrupt?

I call BS.

This guy was the only guy to see the UFO that close. I think he heard about the flap, and then concocted a story and came forward w/ it, for fame and whatnot.

The Gov. didn't need to pester him. All they would need to do is ignore him.

I can't wait to see the videos from his camera phone and the other videos people have. I like to see the military keep that one under wraps. I am sure they can control the mainstream media, but not the internet.

If I was him, I would blab my mouth off to the world and keep talking about it. To bad there was not an investigative team to check things out around his land or setup a perimeter of cam trails and get video feeds of intruders at night on his property.

If they intruder shows up on his door step to freak him out, I would have freaked the intruder out by inviting him in for a cup of coffee instead of standing out there in the rain.

Once he comes into the house, I guess I would get the baseball bat out and knocked him out cold. Then called the police and say I have an intruder.

That's my two cents.

This directed at the A.T.S. owners...Have you guys made any attempt to contact this guy? If so can you give any info...? If not..Why? It would be great if we could get his story on here in a live forum?????????

I used to work for a member of Congress. Every now and then I talked to farmers from a certain part of the district who, for months, were being buzzed by fighter jets. They hated it, cows hated it. Don't remember how close they'd fly to the ground. It was ridiculously low, whatever it was. At the time, the US was in Bosnia and the Air Force said the land here matched the terrain there. They eventually stopped buzzing the cows but not the training. At times, l also heard complaints of military choppers flying too close for comfort.

Just mentioning this because, although it may not be common, what Ricky Sorrells complained about is not unique. He's said that he wished the military would just tell him they have to be flying so close to his property, or if the giant thing in the air was military. Sorry, Ricky, that ain't ever gonna happen.

Right now I live not too far from Dublin/Stephenville. This whole story is fascinating.

*They* were probably hoping that Sorrels would shoot at the perp merryxmas. He did make it obvious that he wanted to be seen by Sorrels.

Sorrels said it was cold and misting rain and it was obvious the guy was “dressed for the elements with a heavy parka-like coat.”

Most likely had on a bullet proof vest, under that heavy parka. If Sorrels would have shot at the man that might have been a huge mistake. It would have given them a reason to lock him up. The best thing Sorrels can do now is to stay in the publics eye.

if it was a military experiment/aircraft, all they would have to do is sit Mr. Sorrels in a room and explain to him that this was a military experiment, and for the sake of national security you shouldn't speak anymore about this

Or just shoot back and kill him with a shot to the head. Self defence by law enforcement, one less inconvenient witness, case REALLY closed with a nice warning to any other 'patriots' out there.

I really think ATS should reach out to this guy. If the money is the issue, they know where to find me. Or U2U me anyway.

Weird story for sure, but I dont believe any of it. The USAF has nothing to gain from this. You dont drive onto a ranch in TX and make a threat, unless you want to get dumped in a old well Waco was not a thing that happened, it is a way of life out here

Not sure if anyone had already mentioned this or not, but you do realize this is a public forum right? What you said can be seen by everyone. You shouldn't be soo quick to tell someone to bug their phone or house or anything like that. If he's being harassed and they see him as a possible threat because of what he saw, they're most likely already listening to and watching everything he does.

It's the military/government that you're telling him to bug his house against. Think about that.....wouldn't be an easy thing to do when they can listen in on you without ever stepping foot into your house to plant a bug.

this event is probably the most documented UFO sighting. There was definitely non-conventional craft flying around there.

At first I thought this has got to be a top secret craft of the United States. Why else would the military care to get this witness to keep quiet. They dont bother witnesses who see lights in the sky but this guy got a really good look.

Plus if you look at history, this harrasment isnt a new thing. The Air Force harrassed and ridiculed people who saw the stealth fighter and U2 spy plane.

The Skeptic on the Larry King show recently states that this harrassment is necessary to protect our secrets from enemies. I prefer what the UFO guy though said...these craft definitely arent running on fossil fuels and considering our problems with oil issues this technology if its ours should be released immediately.

One thing troubles me though. The craft has flown over this witness ranch 4 times. I find it hard to believe that the military would allow a top secret craft to fly in an area where its been seen that many times. Logic would dictate that they fly elsewhere to avoid public scrutiny. An alien craft however might not care who sees it.

My gut instinct tells me this is a top secret United States craft that clearly uses antigravity propulsion as there was no sound. The technology from this craft would revolutionize the world if discovered. The keepers of this secret technology will do far more than verbal harrassment to keep this stuff quiet.

This is a typical UFO siting story is it not. I thought the usual tactic for Gov. agencies is to first discredit witness claims or make inane counter claims as they have done in the past. What is all the talk of shooting etc.

You are entitled to your own way, of course, but it will only help governental organizations and rogue groups if this is the cowardly attitude of people.

History shows that the truth only gets out if we are willing to fight for it, with talking, with writing, with investigating and maybe even giving out lives. Bullies always reckon that you will stop asking questions when the show you their arms and buddies. Look at the way US military are being judged from the world. Do you think that it is a coincidence or injustice that a majority of their "old allies" are frowning their brows upon their actions.

-mistreating war prisoners

I applaude the actions of Mr.Sorrrels actions! It may sound corny to you but if it happened to me I would try to do the same for thruth, freedom and honour. People die for soulless wars for their "country". This is a better cause IMO.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way adnriker, but you kind of contradict yourself here....but i agree that it would not make sense to risk new technology being exposed if it was this revolutionary..... why fly at low altitudes....in view of civilians...during the day over the same location multiple times..... new top secret equipment?????......maybe this points it into non military ufo

Well, that is the thing. If it were a secret military craft I highly doubt they would
fly over the same ranch 4 times. If it was top secret tech wouldn't they want to keep it hidden even during flight? Hence the fact that most black project aircraft in development or otherwise are tested away from prying eyes. It seems to me imo that this would have to be a craft or phenomenon of unknown origin, rather than gov/mil.

I would think this man would ask his friends and neighbors to help him document everything that is happening. I would think he would allow investigators to come non stop to try and verify and get anything they could. I would ask for equipment and help to place it on my property. I wouldn't allow anyone make me look the fool I would try and do everything I could to prove myself and to protect my family.

I can't imagine Springer and others here aren't doing something behind the scenes to find anything out they can.

I am going to the Atlantic Coast UFO Conference on Feb. 15,16,17 in Atlantic City and this Grandma will do everything in her power to talk to David Davenport about this or anyone I can get too!

I've contacted several Dallas/Fort Worth, Waco, and Austin Texas news channels. I think within the coming days we will see a lot of coverage on this. They seemed very interested. So keep your eyes open for it.
