Sculpture or alien on Mars? Interesting pictures, if real ^^

People have been saying we need a clue that there is life out there and prove the skeptics wrong, WEVE JUST GOT ONE, and every one is just "IT cant be reall coz"

Anyway. I would love it to be a martian! How cool would that have been, shame there wasnt another pic of just before or after to prove if there was movment or not!

Ohh well, i wont judge it untill its been prooved right or wrong!

Has no one bothered to look at the original pre-stiched images to see if they used both the left and right panos for this angle on this image? If they did it would be a simple matter to construct a stereoimage and see if the 3d shape still holds up as looking remotely "humanoid." I'll see if I can dig up the originals for a close up stereoimage later tonight.

ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE FOR LIFE ON MARS! There was a thread that started in 2004 about a piece of lumber on Mars that was viewed with some excitement. In my recent examination of that NASA picture I realized that everyone was missing the forrest for the trees! What everyone was overlookng was the apparent lake in the background. Here is the panorama: (i275.photobucket.com...). What we are apparently seeing here is a lake with an horizon and a shoreline (i275.photobucket.com...). The lake has an anomalous object sailing on it that was apparently tampered with by NASA, as can be seen by the pixelation around the object. One can see waves and white caps! But that's not all! In examining the flat rocks I can see biological forms in the way of lichen-covered rocks. Lichen are primitive plant life comprising of a symbiosis of fungi and algae. That is the pattern of growth that can be seen sometimes in these organisms. For good measure, to give the debunkers something to rack their brains over I've added another NASA picture showing a massive foundation or wall on Mars! (i275.photobucket.com...). Of course, NASA could have made it easier on us if the lake picture was in color! How convenient to present it in black and white! Have a go at it guys!

This is a correction to the post above. Here are the lichen-covered rocks(i275.photobucket.com...). According to conventional wisdom there should be no liquid water on MARS. So what are we looking at?

I think we here at ATS have found something, that has gotten the MSM talking about, I was flipping through the channels tis morning, and on Anderson Cooper 360, they had this photo up and were talking about it.
So we here can really affect stuff.

Can you give the source for the image? This is visual association, but we can do that with clouds. I do agree there is a possible problem with a pasted-like postagestamp object. Need the original data if it can be found.

This image shows patterns that also can be mineral crystallizations. There are limitless combinations of minerals even on Earth. A very small impurity of one mineral and another like Quartz will produce very different and sometimes incredible structure. Sometimes visually mimicking life.

The famous Mars Life Rock is an example. At the magnification the possible fossils where seen, scientists where aware they could also be crystalline elements. I see microorganisms myself, but it is easy to see them as mineral forms also. But the more you investigate, The more you can see in this rock. People are finding strange stuff.

In any case, do us a favor and see if you can find the original NASA or JPL name or number so we can search more easily. It also authenticates the photo as actually un-altered.

Actually NASA alters images too I've found. You have to keep on your toes to catch this stuff.

Here is the link to the original NASA photo(i275.photobucket.com...). What I did was to import it to photoshop and crop out certain areas of interest. That way you can zero in on those parts that interest you or for closer examination. If this pic was in color (or if there is a color version) we could tell with more certainty what we are looking at. Also you can search on ATS for other pictures. For example I found this by searching: lumber on Mars.
Some people call it a beam of wood, or wooden post.

I haven't much time to search, but you can find a lot of information and pics here(www.marsanomalyresearch.com...). I'm going to re-examine certain pics previously discussed and see if we are really missing the big picture.

For example, in the photo of the figure on the rock, when you zoom in on the upper right there we see what is either a small lake, or a mirage(i275.photobucket.com...). This has been discussed elswhere on ATS.

Ameneter, the ridge is holding the water from the run off from the upper hill. The ripples or small waves from the wind blowing across the water is another give away. The discoloration extended beyond the water shows the photo has been tampered with and we know the team responsible for hidding and camouflaging the original photos are paid and have signed nondisclosers to hide the real truth from the populace of this Earth. I tend to agree with you rik. My initial response was to call it a lake. After all, it is situated in the watershed! My spouse, however, who has seen mirages in the Egyptian desert, thinks it could be a mirage so that's why I maintain the possibility of it being a mirage, but I do lean more toward it being a lake. In either case, this is certainly a VERY IMPORTANT PHENOMENON because mirages are caused by the refraction of light passing through warm or hot air. Therefore , this means that the surface geology in this area of Mars seem to be reflecting enough heat to either create a mirage, or to support liquid water!

Ya, because NASA will say "yes, people on mars sculpted this" ... clearly they forgot to airbrush something and this is the best reply they can give

I'm sure the believers will keep on believing and the skeptics will keep on disbelieving, but take it for what it is. Here is a 3D crop of the mars "figurine". Cross your eyes and do the "magic eye" thing to see it in 3D. I used the stereo effect of the two pano cameras on spirit to get this.

To me it no longer looks at all "humanoid."
