I agree..there would THOUSANDS of lines across the sky EVERY Day so many that you would think we would have constant cloud cover ..and again I repeat...not saying there is an evil conspiracy...but why some planes and not all? And as Worldwatcher asked, why do some only have a "short" contrail, and others flying over the same airspace have ones that follow the plane. (YES I know they maybe at a different alltidtude) but that still doesn;t explain why some extend out and some don't

You all need sidewinders (buy on ebay for best pricing) or heavy duty bottle rockets. These are normal contrails from airplanes flying high in cold weather.

Ummmm at that altitude it is ALWAYS cold
At 30000 feet it is typically -25 below zero

but you are still not addressing the question....if that is the case ..why is the sky not covered with "contrails"

Well firstly we have no way of telling they were flying at the same altitude.

Secondly, its apparent in the pics that there is a difference in atmospheric conditions between the two pictures. Notice in the first short contrail pic there is only low level cloud visible. While in the later pictures with the longer contrails there are higher level clouds visible. Clearly in the later pictures the conditions were more conducive to high level cloud formation. Hence the cloud formed by the contrails did not dissipate.

thanks again kano, but you still haven't convinced me. here a little info the timeline of the pics, the "contrail image" was taken over the western sky at the same time that the other trails were being made. The "chemtrails" pics were taken looking directly above in the eastern part of the sky. These trails were made diagonally going from northeast to southwest....but all within 1/2 hour. ALSO if it is weather related why aren't there more trails overhead, there were many more flights in the sky and yes at varying altitudes but I find it hard to believe that only these were in the right altitude to produce the trails they did.

Contrails form when water vapor clumps around dirt particles acting as nuclei. According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees, and humidity levels of 70 percent or more. Even in ideal conditions, contrails rarely last more than 20 minutes.

But atmospheric studies by NASA and NOAA - including TARFOX, ACE-Asia, ACE-I and II, INDOEX and Project SUCCESS - confirm that artificial clouds and contrails can be manufactured under conditions of low humidity by dispensing particles from aircraft. The smaller the size of the nuclei introduced into the atmosphere, the greater the rate of artificial cloud formation.

the weather is very different from layer to layer at any given time there is such a thing as a temperature inversion causing a hotter mass above a cooler one these things change...if the ice in a contrail has opportunity to melt it will likely dissipate rapidly or if it stays in a frozen environment it will persist.

there is tons of disinformation but the fact remains it is simple physics.

and I dont know about your flight watching software but I truly doubt it reflects real time terminal vectors assigned to individual aircraft...

if you take a heater up there...it will leave a contrail when the conditions are favorable which will be very often.

Ok, if they are chemtrails, and there have been reported sickness and flu outbreaks after one, it could possibly be that they are protecting us... infect us with a weaker virus or flu or whatever to protect us from the one that would kill us? Just a thought. Like getting a flu shot without knowing it.

Its more to do with the fact that the engines are pumping out a whole lot of water vapor. (Jet Fuel is a Hydrocarbon, combusts primarily to CO2 and H2O).

We've had continuous rain here for four days, which initially started after heavy spraying.

It is amazing that those who believe in chemtrails never quite get the cause and effect relationships right.

Notice that Bangin assumes that becuase he sees persistant contrails just before a rain front moves through, that the contrails are somehow responsible for the rain, when in fact both events are related to the same phenomina. As a front moves through an area it lifts up the less dense, moiture laded air into the upper altitudes. At this point, it is quite common for the ari to become super saturated with moisture. When the jet passes through, the extrat moisture from the exhasut added to the mixing effect of the wake turbulance causes the persistant contrail to form. in any case, the rain clouds will eventually form on thier own from the front and it will rain.

In other words persistant contrails are not the cause of rain, but are caused by the same mechanism that causes the rain, a frontal system.

Do you have any evidence that people are getting sick from contrails? Any epidemiologic studies or anything like that? Do you have a medical background?

I've had lots of experience with contrails...you cant turn them on or off...if you can turn them off, the military will probably pay you loads because it will help hide the bombers

yeah, actually i have evidence. i talk to many people on a daily basis. it seems like almost everybody is ill in the same way at the same time, and what a coincidence, on the days of and following heavy chemtrail spraying. it would be nearly impossible to do a broad public study since the government denies any existance of their spraying. no, i dont have a medical background, im a student, but i do have common sense. im not meaning to be a smartass about all this or anything, but i just feel very strongly that the government is doing this to us and so many people are ignorant to the fact.

I'll ask one more question then leave you guys alone...
I've read statements that they are formed from the exhaust from the engines etc etc
WHERE are the engines that the "contrails" are coming from in this pic?
