...................................................thanks for the reply riposte. i dont see how this would prove he was lying ?....his statistics my be wrong but i think the point was that the aliens had more use or control of thier brain. i never said this article was fact.....i was only using it to show my view or what i believed.

I'm sorry, but this is completely ridiculous. And without any context, it probably proves that the guy is lying, since he's just parroting some urban myth:
The aliens utilize around 55% of their brain capacity or ability.
Humans use 100% of their brain capacity. All animals use 100% of their brains.
The problem is that we can't use all 100% of it at the same time. We can't read a book, talk on the phone, and juggle three balls simultaneously.
..........thanks for the reply ssj3boo....."judging by their looks " who knows what you would see ?.....what if they could appear humanoid but werent ?....you dont know what they are capable of, i really believe you and most people that say they would meet an alien really dont understand what your getting in to. just seems like a really big gamble to me

This is typical, stick your head in the sand and do nothing. Its like telling a religious fanatic that what he believes was not true all along. He sticks his fingers in the ears and goes BLA BLA BLA, LALALA, i CANT HEAR YOU !!!
We have to evolve and not be ignorant to whats happening around you. There are many factions of Aliens out there, some are good, some neutral and some dominant/controling. But I have never read anything about a race that was purely agressive or the kind of a planetary destroyer type that would just wipe us out.
Yes, I would meet with an Alien, I don't mind Grays, Andromedians or anyother humanoid (judging only by their looks). But if it was some kinky kinda squid flying through the air or something, I would surely piss myself.
My advice to all, don't chicken out when you them. Ive never even heard/read anything about an alien hurting/killing any civilians. Well accept the incidents that were supposed to happen in Area51 (more like a missubderstanding).
.........thanks for the reply spacevisitor. i totally disagree.....humans are kinda predictable in most cases......aliens however are not humans from earth and you dont know anything about them, so that makes them totally unpredictable imho. ........

So far, no more and no less then trusting a Human.
There are Humans who I trusted for 100% and still became deceived by them.
As far as I know it I have not met an Alien yet, so, for the time being I give them the benefit of the doubt.
...thanks for the post rawsom.....well i believe the only way humans of earth would know whats going on around them and help us to evolve would be to have disclosure of the real truth about any alien activity. i dont think trying to contact on your own, an alien that you know nothing about, would be a wise decision. people are gonna do what they want and if thats what they want to do,,, well go ahead....i will let you go first...lol

I understand that perfectly, and share this view with you. There's another side to this coin as well. Should we be ignorant about what is called real science, if it proves some beliefs wrong? Shouldn't we also accept that side of this very coin? We can call disbelief ignorance, and we can call belief ignorance, depending on the side we take our stance on. Which one of these two? This cannot be easily deduced.
thanks for the reply skyfloating......i believe there is good and bad in everything. i might have a phobia about "cant trust them " but thats just my personal observation and opinion........ but even you admit that your suspicious of an advanced race.

This is a xenophobic variation of "cant trust them japs and muslims" sort of stuff.
Lighten up.
thanks for the post scramjet76....who really knows when this general said this ?...it could have been long ago when people really belived that we use 10 percent of the brain and he might have made that statement as truthfully as he could at that time....i dont really know, but the point i am sure is that the alien he was speaking about was capable of things that humans were not, at that time. like i said before in another post....i dont take this article as fact...it could be true but who knows. i was using it to make you understand what i believe is the real situation that we are dealing with.

Sounds pretty fishy if you ask me..
The aliens utilize around 55% of their brain capacity or ability.
How would anyone know that? As a previous post pointed out... we use 100% of our brains. The myth (perpetuated by pop culture) that we only use 10% gets squashed with a little google research.
Also, why would the aliens need to involve themselves in politics? Why do so many people think the aliens are exactly like us? Obviously it has been documented that people "experience" some kind of "contact." This is all on alien terms. Just like the craft which flew right into O'Hare airspace... there were no politics involved. Simply put, the aliens do whatever they want.

coast to coast its a great show most of the time. and yes i have heard him say that he wanted contact but i really felt he was saying for the audience. he recently had a show about ouija boards. and at the last minute he chickened out. thats my point....most people talk the talk but cant walk the walk.

with all your knowledge you say" you know a bit about them but that is just a fraction of it of course" that tells me your just like the rest of us that don’t really know what you could expect if you were to meet an e.b.e.......witch like i said it makes them totally unpredictable. i agree that they probably have the power to wipe us out at any time ,but haven’t. but i think they have an agenda of their own and dont have our best interest in mind............so would you really want to meet an alien in person ?

.............hi october, thanks for answering my question. your post got me thinking about sci fi programs....." the man that fell to earth " with David Bowie wins my 1st place award for the weirdest alien sci fi movie of all time....lol i am not sure if close encounters of the third kind was a made up story or not ?....but it seems that the movies that are about true stories are mostly showing aliens in a scary kinda way. hmmmm... then i was thinking about Steven Greer with the Disclosure Project and James Gilliland with Eceti and the famous encounters of Billy Miers.........they all portray aliens in a good way. so anyways i thinks its really hard to come up with a true and honest perspective. its one of my top ten reasons i dont want to meet an alien...lol

Hi easynow,
I haven't actually experienced anything in terms of being abducted but I suppose it's a mixture of researching proper abduction cases where the witnesses were put under a lot of stress and fear and accounts through movies like Communion and Fire In The Sky. When i was younger i was wrapped in the Close Encounters and ET movie fluffiness but my views have changed the more i look into it from a "real" perspective if there is such a thing??
thanks for your post TheExaminer.....the flipside to that argument is; all this alien technology that we supposedly got from them has done nothing but promote war capabilities. the computer chip has made bombs smarter; lasers are a weapon of war; fiber optics has has intensified weapons and communications for war....... with friends like these who needs enemies. so now your telling me the aliens that made war technology jump leaps and bounds are gonna show up and stop armageddon ?....hmmm...

I'll say the same thing that's been said hundreds of times.
NOW is the time for contact.
The only thing that can keep the missiles in the silos when the whole planet stars pushing buttons to destroy itself is the same off worlders that can totally disable the control systems.
I've asked the powers that be about an ambassador position many times, both in and out of the military.
What ever the off worlders are up to, they are waiting still before they act.

also have you thought about it being illegal to have contact with aliens.
So contact with aliens or their spacecraft isn't illegal, but the contactees would have to be quarantined to prevent harm to the rest of us. This has never been used as a weapon against people claiming contact with UFO's and space aliens. If contact did happen, we're presumably the ones who would deal with this issue. But right now, nobody here is at all worried about it.

Galactic War III...........just wondering if you had thought about any of this.....thanks again
The last world war was not simply a war fought between the Allies and the Axis or Democracy and Despotism. It was a war fought between Science and Magic, and science won. It was also the planetary battlefield of Galactic War III, when alien civilizations sponsoring the Nazis and alien civilizations sponsoring the Americans fought once again for control of planet Earth ...... while using its unsuspecting armies as pawns in their interstellar conflict. It is a well documented publicized fact that Hitler often went into trances and spoke to his military commanders. His chair press officer, Dr. Dietrich testified his belief that Hitler was possessed by demons.
