Other than calling PIPEX Communications and lodging a complaint I think this is a job for our SkepticOverlord. I don't know enough to track this any further, and it's obvious some of the information listed on Whois is false.

The name listed may be real but:

2 R2D2 Lane
Scotland, Scotland RU12
UK

as an address that is obviously bogus.

I can't find a directory for Scotland to look up Alex James, but if someone is in that part of the world you could make a call to +44.115-917-0000 and see if it's even a valid # for the ISP or host. I do get suspicious when I see that many zeros on a phone number though.

It'll be interesting to see how this turns out.

I'm not sure if this will be of any help or not, but I came across this page about "Iiworks" which is described as the "R&D Division of Iirobotics" and gives what looks to be a more legitimate address in Edinburgh.

It's a breach of the T&C:
