I did not read the second POST till I finished responding to your first post so, I will tell you this. This PACT with the GCC is just a stepping stone for Iran. This is well known. They want to dominate the Gulf Region and expand their power base. If I am wrong we can hang in 2012 I will buy a bottle of DP and celebrate to your successful analysis of the situation. This is not a bet. If the GCC accepts Irans proposal in full and it leads to an offer of peace with Israel, the term "cabinet shake-up" will make the so called destabliztion weve made look like a day at the park. By the way when was the last time you remember the ME being stable.
