OK - bit of a coincidence but...

I have just finished reading a book I borrowed from a friend who recommended it to me last week called "Nothing in this Book is True, but its Exactly how things are" by Bob Frisell.

He talks about alot of things in his book, the greys, crop circles, philidelphia experiment, 2012 prophecy, ufos, dimensions, conciousness changes etc basically some of what the op was talking about.

For me it wraps up all that I have been reading on ATS in a tidy friendly (and dare I say believable) way and also offers a positive spin on 2012 rather than the depressing "run for the hills we all gunna die" ones that are being suggested. He also says that we can do something about this 2012 shift, which will make it a better ride for all.

What are your views on this?

where do I start.

the fact that I just have to have a feeling about something so I look it up e.g.
It all started with a passion about Atlantis for no reason, I had never heard of this place. This was 15 yrs ago.

More recently dreams of volcanoes so I looked it up and find there's an increase in volcanic activity resulting in excessive carbon emmissions contributing to polar melting. looked this up just so happens this happens every 10,000 yrs which happens to be the solar cycle of the Mayan calender. Found out a while back my partner of 5 years had a soul reading 10 yrs back where she was told she was from Plaedies which seems to be all the talk now which connects many other topics.
Kept having dreams about Mars not so long ago and find just a month ago there was a global storm the result of a polar shift and the shift of surface dust has revealed some interesting sites which is currently being discussed in another thread.
I had this big thing about our Sun which I have researched and found some astonishing facts through the study of qauntum physics that prooves how everything is created from light and vibration on a scientific level where I also found out that we are due for a solar flare that is projected towards the Earth in Dec. 21 2012 (ring any bells) and with our magnetic field almost gone by then from the result of the polar caps melting.

There's so many more so called coincidences I could go on but I won't.
But what I can say for sure is that something going to happen.

I think you have mixed some truth with some fantasy.

The lyrians did infact come here, around 800,000 years ago.
Around 200,000 years after, a war began.

Some listed, But the truth is that the zeta's Have twisted the truth into a false teaching, known as religion.

removing evil? like exterminators? how can there be good without evil? remove the evil, remove the good.

Now, something unique has taken place. Elder races of light have come, To help the human race. As something very special is about to take place. This universe is changing. It will soon lose its 3 dimentional hold, And the 3rd dimention will move to higher planes, The 4th and even 5th dimention.

But it cannot be done easily. The planets conciousness must be raised to do this, So a battle is going to take place of this.

consciousness is merely a biological chemical device, and for humans to be any more 'conscious' than they are now would make them even less stable, harmonious and predictable. its a survival mechanism, our chronic state of semi-consciousness. it helps avoid madness so we can function (raise our families, pay the bills, invent things, etc...)

Not to long ago, a large explosion happend in their home system, mutating their dna. They cannot reproduce, and have issues eating, as well as a few other things. They are trying to create a hybrid race, To save their species. You see, The soul is a unique thing. a soul form a human, cannot move to another species, unless it has entered a hybrid body ( dont ask me to explain that, I barely understand it ). But, but creating a hybrid race, the came reincarnate ( yes thats right, ITs real fokes, YOu dont die, Bodies are just a stage! ) into the hybrid race, And continue on...

explosion? where and in what direction, telescopes can be trained on those coordinates for analysis. and why are they so secretive about it? they're humans, why not simply pop in and plead their case? they've not heard of the u.n.?

when we die, we do indeed die. our soul may still exist, but our souls have nothing to do with our personalities/memories/etc...

interesting story though... sort of tolkein meets hubbard... really, people, if aliens are telling you this stuf while you're out of body or whatever, they are making sport of you with these wild stories... its cruel, really, if you think about it.

the fossil record would have confirmed this, did they come here without the benefit of hardware? they didnt just beam in, did they? an entire population? did they have bones? were they carbon based? did they bury their dead? did they use tools? weaponry? there would be some sort of evidence left behind...

Around the time the conflict started the draconin's were discoverd in their plans to take the planet and launch an invasion on the lyrian people. The lyrians reacted by launching a weapon into the atmosphere of the planet, that would kill the draconins. This is why you do not see them, but hear rumors of them deep with in underground bases. The air there is stale, And free of this agent. Technology there will allow them to recycle it, and live there, with in large bases. This is why they do not serface, its toxic to them, though they claim " they let humans stay up here ".

The draconin recently took this, in an agressive move to push up their time table, in the invasion of earth. Back to the story though.

this isnt nearly entertaining a story as any of recorded human history accounts, why would these alien people be so dull and their exploits resemble a young persons sci-fi fantasy book?

Around 350,000 to 400,00 years ago, Another race settles here ( The lu / Lumari), And found a city that will forever be known to the humans as atlantis. A war with them and another breaks out, a weapon is detonated, causing a geological crust shift, destroying the island, the planet resided on, some where in the atlantic ( however, i do believe it has some how managed to migrate north do to planetary activity ( rusty on this part so forgive me if some of it is wrong ).

ah, the atlantis thing, neat and tidy... all that civilization on one li'l ol' island? and nowhere else? our archaeologists must be easily distracted by silly things like dinosaur bones and cellular fossils from 250 million years ago... how'd they miss our friends from space?

Some time passes, the mezo empire is formed, zeta's and draconin have encounters with them, as well as many other races though history, Exploiting them for what ever they need or wanted. Mayan's had a very close relationship with the draconin, infact, The demon the mayan prophecy speaks of, is draconin. So you want to help people of this planet, by spreading the word about the coming conflict, but anyone that disagree's with you and challenges your point of view, your going to put on ignore? How humble of you.

This will probably land me on your ignore list aswell but why dont you try and answer some of those hard questions planetfall asked? Questions like:

I can only speak for myself in this matter, the amount of TV I watch is minimal. planetfall asked some very good questions and the OP's flatout refusal to answer should be throwing up red flags in your mind.

If you believe the OP without a shred of credible evidence, than maybe you should be taking a harder look at yourself and your own gullibility, and not those that you precive to be watching too much television.

It probly was not very large, more like a larger nuke, anything larger then that would of destroyed their entire planet or system. Chances are it could of been something to do with a large solar flare. I am now totally sure, but i think their star started to destablize, and they did something to solidify it and prevent it from exploding, causing a flare, which caused the planet and its population to be damaged.

I placed him on ignore because he unreasonable, He trolls to inslut me, And infact, He is most likely working for the government or zeta / draconin.

I think you are being a little bit unreasonable here. I don't think anyone is trolling to insult you. As somebody pointed out, the person you put on ignore was asking questions. You just don't like the manner in which he approached it. You never know what you might be missing if you put a person on ignore. Heck, humor the guy and answer. You might even learn something. I for one know I am still struggling with exactly what it is you are trying to relay to us here. I look forward to other people asking questions, just so I can understand more.

You keep on mentioning raising our conciousness and love. How are you showing us you live by what you preach if you are putting people on ignore for asking questions that you don't value?

This is a discussion forum. Last time I checked no question was a dumb question.

My feelings about any message you are trying to relay is that the message I thought you were giving is becoming more meaninless with some of your answers to people here, and your own behavior.

Thanks for your honest answer.

I know people find it hard to understand I have had communication from the Grand Creator let alone remember it. The thing that bothers me is why this world is so bent against peace.

I also know how to wear spiritual armour and, with help, there is discernment for right and wrong. I sense Uhmari, that you are on the fence about something. What is bothering you, that you need to come here and throw sand around, so to speak?

Please, Please, Please... I beg. We must put aside the mentality and thought processes of judgment and procrastination for the sake of ourselves. I understand that many of todays world, alot of youth (myself included), have learnt from 'religion' that a set way of thinking and values is not the way as it does not accomodate for the individual's own spiritual beliefs and we see that there are to many holes in that way of thinking. Let me say now that there is abosolutley NO spiritualism in religion any more, if ever (excluding most buddhist philosophy, as it is not a religion in the way that christianity, islam, etc is). The feeling of today is that we do not to give up our minds to any one persons belief of life and the universe. But we all must realize that there are certain 'truths' that simply are and have been for a long time. I can say to all and anyone reading on this topic is that its real, its happening, and its happening now and has been for some time. This is knowledge and information that has been presented to myself in altered states of the conscious mind through sessions with channelers and light workers here on this planet. I have been shown visions and information from one of my spirit guides in these sessions. This is knowledge, simply information that I hold within this being in this lifetime that resonates on levels with myself that words just cannot portrait. It is up to you to 'start your ball of consciousness ' rolling and how. All it requires at first is for you to train your mind to slow the 'chatter', that voice that always wants to over-rise and judge every last little thing, that is the first step but it is a task and takes discipline. Once you are aware of the inner voice, you are able to start to listen and be aware of the inner flow or rythm of life that hold us all together on this conscious planet.
