Malibu wildfires man-made?

i didnt read all the posts here but they did say on fox news that they believe some of the fires were intenitonally set (spelled wrong) and that the investigation will begin as soon as the evacuations are done and that the people are safe

I just heard an interesting thing on CNN. Evidently, these fires would be somewhat more manageable with the help of the California National Guard, much of which is involved in the Iraq war.

I have no info at the moment to back this up, but I heard on Fox News one hour ago that a man on a motorcycle was viewed by a news helicopter starting a blaze (today) and arrested.

Edit: With a quick search this was all I could find, does make mention of the arrest but appears it was yesterday so maybe it is not "big news"?
