Kyle Walker, 7, was suspended last week for violating Dennis Township Primary School's zero-tolerance policy on guns, the boy's mother, Shirley McDevitt, told The Press of Atlantic City.
Her son told her the drawing was of a water gun, she said.
Kyle drew other pictures, including a skateboarder, King Tut, a ghost, a tree and a Cyclops, the newspaper reported.

What is really scary about this is that having a gun is a Constitutionally protected right. So now just DRAWING a picture of a gun is grounds for suspension.
I wonder if teachers in this school would get suspended for talking about the 2nd Amendment? Or maybe bringing a copy of the Constitution to class would be a violation of their policy. And I guess they better not have any photos of soldiers going to war in their social studies books.
This is what happens when liberal lawyers get to write up the rules.

Yes, this is very ridiculous. Since when is it illegal to draw anything?

The controllers are dismantling the school system to set up some kind of in home computer driven eduction system. The school violence and teacher-student sexual relation ships are designed to take children out of the school system.

I dont know what it is but there is something very seriously wrong with a significant percentage of the generation that came of age in the 1960s and is now occupying all the upper level positions in government, law enforcement, schools/colleges/universities, etc.
