We have received a possible confidential and classified document from a insider involved in Operation TopOff 4. We cannot at this time verify the documents authenticity, but it is very troubling and detailed and has possibly classified information.
A. A CIA Director involved in the exercise has mysteriously fled in the middle of it with his family to Canada for a 'Vacation' without explanation.
B. Blackwater is to simulate martial law in the cities

My suggestion: GET THE HELL OUT OF PORTLAND, ASAP!!!
Get at least 200 miles from Portland, but don’t go near Phoenix, AZ either.
I guess we'll find out how it all goes down at 8:51am on October 16th, 2007.

They just announced this on the radio here today. I doubt they are related , I just thought the connection was interesting.

As I sit 20 miles from downtown Portland, I eagerly await the END of this training exercise. I know that there is a 99.9999% chance that nothing will happen especially with the media attention that this has received, but I can't help but fear the worst.

these dates come and go but to say nothing will happen just because everyone knows about it is probably wrong because *most* regular people wont make the connection about the other 2 operations (911/London)(or even know about them at all). and even if people do they can say that since it was so well publicized that the terrorists coordinated their attack around a mock exercise to maximize success and create confusion. And the people who stand up and say "something aint right" will be labeled a conspiracy theorist wackjob.

im about 5 miles from DT portland.. and im downtown around 9:00 every morning.. ill keep my cam im my car just incase i see something worth filming... and post my finds if i run accross anything.

I remember reading here on ATS there was gonna be some martial law "exercise" in a bunch of U.S. cities including Guam. Is today the day? Oct. 16.
The whole idea of martial law "exercise" scares the crap out of me btw.

This doesn't seem to add up.

Why would this guy take the chance of vacationing in Canada with Eastern Canada being one of the possible sites???

IF there is any truth to this, and that's a big IF, I don't think the guys vacation plans are relevant.

hmm, sounds odd to me. The PDF starts out by suggesting that this guy knows something we don't. He says he works on the committee, etc etc. But then the rest of the document sounds pretty much like your standard conspiracy theorist article. And the things he puts in white text on black background....he says those things are classified info.....yet some of that text is just talking about the drill, which i thought everyone was aware of anyway.

The way it's put, is that he knows something is about to go down, and he's warning us of it. Yet looking into it, it sounds more like he THINKS something MIGHT happen.
Not the same thing at all.

Well, as someone said, not long to wait and find out i guess.

note: Confidential IS 'classified', it's the lowest value of classification

?We Cannot Verify (it's) Authenticity?
note: then forthrightly say they have an 'alleged classified document'

If this theories of this specific event have been making the rounds for a while, the Men In Pink are well aware of it.

I have to wonder if these, and the theories before, are actually viral "marketing" practices. Seeing how quickly information disseminates among the online conspiracy theorist community. It would be most interesting to see where ATS rests on that map...

OK, now the think that sticks out for me from the article is blackwater what in the heck blackwater has to do with any operations done in the US, in my eyes this mercenaries for hired hold not power.

If they DID do anything then why pick Portland? I understand that is where the drill is going to place, but why Portland. Good to talk about but thats it, if you live in portland go to work, unless your boss is a believer.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Blackwater was used during Katrina. They are used for anything they are hired for, foreign or domestic.
