This wasn't an aircraft crash, it's a (and still IS) a criminal investigation. So please tell us what FBI investigations you have all the paperwork and information from.
Well for 1 the FBI finished the Pentagon crime scene in 5 days. Why are the reports not being released under FOIA request?

You are wrong again, ULTIMA1.
The FBI investigation was not finished in 5 days. As a matter of fact, it was still ongoing when thie following article was written June 14th, 2004:
WASHINGTON, Sept. 24, 2001 -- The FBI assumed crime-scene jurisdiction at the Pentagon terrorist attack site Sept. 21 from the Arlington County (Va.) Fire Department, officials said.
FBI officials estimate the crime scene investigation would last about a month, Arlington Fire Chief Edward P. Plaugher said. He said he expects "additional remains will be discovered during the course of the FBI investigation" and mortuary specialists will remain on site to process them.
WASHINGTON, Sept. 26, 2001 -- The FBI handed over Pentagon crash site management to the Army Military District of Washington at 7 a.m. today.
The transfer of responsibility marks the end of the FBI's crime scene investigation following the Sept. 11 terrorist attack against the Pentagon. MDW will oversee ongoing security operations around the damaged area of the building. FBI investigators will move their operations to the Pentagon's north parking lot and continue to sift through debris for more evidence.

Ongoing, as in the FBI investigation was still open.

So are you stating that when an investigative body leaves the crime scene the investigation is over?

Are you telling everyone here that the FBI was lying to the 911 commission in 2004 when they stated the investigation was ongoing?
The 911 commission statement I mentioned was in 2004....why even state it is now 2007?

Because the statement you posted was from 2004, if you do the math that means it was 3 years ago. Do you have any recent (2007) statements that say the investigations are still ongoing.
Originally posted by Disclosed You stated that they had ended their investigation 5 days after 9/11. You were obviously mistaken.

Yes the investigation was ongoing in 2004, BUT is it still ongoing now in 2007, YES or NO ?
What do you not understand about the fact that the Pentagon crime scene was over in 5 days?
Why wont you answer the question about the FOIA exemption?

Umm...You say the investigation was ongoing in 2004 in one sentence, and it was over in 5 days in another. Which is it? ongoing in 2004 , or over in 5 days?
Originally posted by monoclearYou have been asked this before, but you failed to answer. So I'll ask you again, what exactly is your point? What are your beliefs about what happened during the Flight 93 incident on 9/11?
