I don't really care for Greer. What I do care and say is that the testimonies and people he gathered shouldn't be dismissed.

Indeed not, but a testimony, no matter how many, and by whom, without any solid evidence eventually becomes totally worthless.

People have been talking and postulating UFO and Alien things for many years, and still there is not one solid piece of evidence to back any of it up.

So many people want to believe and will grab aand idolise anyone that says what they want to hear.

Please do yourself a favor and don't miss this one: Greer video where he talks about "Gay planets", spaceship rides, and a whole bunch of weird New Age Love-in stuff in L.A., Feb 2007

Good video, I liked it. Dont agree with your opinion about it. I have to ask - did you really watch it?

Thanks for posting the link.

There's a lot of accusations that the Government and the military have been actively covering up that evidence. Doesn't that make the situation altogether more serious? Making it a concern (and obligation) for everyone to investigate what really is happening or happened?

It is known that the Government has lied and is lying on matters potentially not as important as the possibility of extra-terrestrial life and visitation, so it's really not all that strange that people doubt what the Government claims to know or not to know about UFOs.

And the only way to get to the bottom of things is through pressure and investigation.

I see the (corroborating) testimonies and (credible/military/pilots) witnesses as a starting point to that investigation.

The same kind of talk that is valid in your court of law, yes. Witnesses talking under oath.

It's true that courts of law rely a lot on witness testimony. But there's also something else they rely on, which is expressed in the term habeas corpus. Witnesses are called to testify as to how something occurred, not whether something exists. Law is intended to determine what kind of payment is made to someone who has suffered a loss. Somebody runs into someone else's car and dents the fender. Witnesses are called to determine how it happened, and how much the hit person should be repaid for the damage to their fender.

With UFOs, there's no dented fender. Or if we find a dented fender, the UFO is long gone, like with a hit-and-run.

Anyway, using the legal analogy is a bit of a stretch in the context of UFOs, and it will be until somebody can produce a good, solid UFO fender dent.

Actually, that's not true. The work of Dr. Roger Leir is pretty concrete. In fact it doesn't get any more concrete when you have multiple doctors, witnesses and outside labs investigating and corroborating the analysis.

Have a look at that:

www.youtube.com...

So as far as your 'not one solid piece of evidence to back any of it up' goes I would say malarkey. You have a surgeon removing a foreign object from a person's body that had no inflammatory response to it being there. It fused itself to their nerves and when removed it was tested by an independent lab who had no knowledge of the origin of the object. The lab concludes that object is composed of meteorite metals. The conclusion was the metal was otherworldly.

That is very, very good evidence of intelligences higher than our own tampering with humans.
