It *is* a compression glitch as many others have correctly posted. It is a color tracking glitch and is one of the reasons in the movie business we did not view compressed shots unless it was to look at timing, etc... in which case the color didn't really matter.

This type of compression bug happens usually on contrasting colors and areas that border others, which you can plainly see on the edges of his jacket,which *almost* but not quite tracks with the colored object in question. You can see this at I believe 2:20 on the guy's forehead where it looks like 3 lines appear, however when his head moves they don't quite move with him, and in fact appear to move a little past his hairline where it meets the background ...it looks kind of like the glitch where the weatherman would have something blue on when he was standing in front of the blue screen. Same effect, different cause.

You can also see the same thing on the girls cheek as the artifact moves around and does not stay with her movements.

That explains why you don't see the effect on everything in the video, and it is on mainly contrasting moving colors.

Do you know why the video lag and video buffering would not appear until AFTER it was uploaded to youtube? Or are you saying video lag and buffering were not involved? There are currently several variations of -- video compression, another which states its video lag, buffering and compression and another which states its face recognition software, correcting for movement on a satellite feed which is slightly out of sync.

Which do you think it is and how does it compare with the others? Who is right, you or them?

I haven't posted in a couple weeks but I would just like to say that I am the one that discovered this footage and that REPTILIANS ARE REAL. I was browsing the top news videos on youtube when I saw "School Security Guards Beat Teen over Cake Spill" and of course I had to click it.

I was surprised how fast the word spread, it was actually on the top 10 favorites and most discussed for news and politics. A first for a reptilian clip!

I remember my first post here. I got uber flamed, I was absolutely shocked by how close minded the people were are at a "above top secret" conspiracy forum. I realized I can't make people accept the truth no matter how much evidence there is, it is up to the person to accept it themselves.

Was hoping they would leave the mockery out but guess not. Thats why I don't bother to post here much, people can't comprehend that reptilians are actually real. Wow, camara glitches, bad tv reception, video problems? I see distortions like that often on digital videos.

I dunno, but something about that guy overall screams alien to me!

I believe in the possibility of reptilians existing, but why would they have the ability to shape shift into humans?

Ive looked at the video a few times now, and he has kind of a weird body language. And if you look at his forehead the whole video, you see something happening to it. Also Im not sure why he walks off camera in the middle of it all...

Hopefully its just some technical reason for his face looking strange.

This must be a video/digitizing issue. If I believed it were a genuine morphing I would be jumping up and down on your bandwagon, but I see the young lady (victim in the story) is beginning to do the same in the recording. The only goon I see here is the school security guard. Sorry, but seeing an alien behind every bush (no pun intended) will only hinder our quest for truth. That is not a personal slam, but an admonition to not "point at clouds" and yell "UFO". My guess is that at some point this clip has been handled and re-recorded by Ulead's software (I quit using it when it did this to a bunch of my family's videos). I am no expert on video processing, and I would not accuse anyone of deliberate manipulation of this tape. All I am saying is that with modern technology and especially the WWW (Wild Wild West) as it is, truth seekers must be cautious. We who genuinely seek truth must be especially vigilant to call it as we really see it, not how we wish to see it.

I want full disclosure of the truth, and I do believe etraterrestrial aliens have visited Earth and still are, but I do not want to see a mothership over my house, or one on CNN landing on the National Mall. I want truth.

I don't know about all this Reptilian Shapeshifting. I tend to think it's not what it's described as being, namely a physical shapeshifting. I tend to subscribe to the thought that it's perhaps humans actually seeing the reptilian soul that inhabits a human body instead. That said, this could either be a video issue or somebody messing around with the video to make it seem the reporter and the girl were "shapeshifting."

This is a lame answer. Lame, I tells ya.

It's already been established for 12 pages, at least, that the video is compressed and that the compression occurs when the video is uploaded to youtube. In fact, the guy who posted it at youtube even suggests people
download the video from FOX and upload it to youtube, because he says the compression causes the artifact anomalies to appear on the guy's face.

I suggested, that in order to put this thing to rest, that we need to determine,
scientifically, how the odd features in the video are created and maintained.
For example:

1. When the guy walks off screen, the anomalie remains on his face, in the same place, even though his head has now turned nearly ninety degrees and moved from it's orignal position. if it were purely a video anomalie, why doesn't the anomalie remain behind where he was just standing and why does it follow his head off the screen and not move across the surface of his head to the side that's most visible?

I had to ask this question 10 different times on 5 or so pages of the thread to finally get someone that could answer the question with more than the same inane "it's video compression". For the Love of Cheesy Puffs, we already know it's video compression! It's no wonder the people who bring these things up, are convinced something ain't right. Most of the people in this thread, not only didn't bother to read the thread, they keep making the same mistakes, over and over again and refuse to make any effort to resolve it.

2. Once the first question was answered to my satisfaction (and no, the answer was not that it was purely an artifact), another poster came along and claimed (Because he didn't read the rest of the thread!) that it was video lag and video buffering. So my question then was, why does the video lag and video buffering only show up when the video is uploaded to youtube? Does the compression remove the layer that was hiding the lag and buffering from the Fox video that has no artifacts?

Instead of getting an answer to that, yet another answer was posted by someone that didn't read the thread, that it was color contrast bleed over or something (which doesn't account for the fact the side of his face, as he's exiting the scene, never morphs and the artifacts on the other side of his face, stay in place). So I asked, is it video lag and video buffering, or is it face recognition software glitching out, or is it color / contrast bleed? Do you know what happened then? Not a flippin'thing. Just another 2 page of "it's video compression."

This is potentially the dumbest thread I've ever be on, not because of the original post, but because it's such a blatant example of lemming behavior and laziness.

this thread isn't huge because a bunch o' reptilian believers are posting on it. It's huge because a hundred different skeptic ATS members, didn't read the flippin thing or even the initial supporting information. And keep posting the same thing over and over and over ........

Oh my, I'm just flabbergasted that you are so stuck in your rut, that you can't even tell that I'm asking for this particular anomalie to be explained away. Are you dense or something? if folks don't want to see a rehash of these kinds of videos, and don't like the subject to be reposted on the forum, you're just gonna have to tough it out for a few moments. let's find someone that can scientifically explain how the video glitches happen.
