No, this is what ATS is all about. Trying to find the truth with these photos, whatever the answer is. We pretty much know it's a reflection, we just need to find out who it belongs to and if it's coming from in front or behind of the door.
That's right though. You don't want pictures posted on here that actually look like aliens. You'd prefer blurry pictures of a blob of nothingness where you can convince your mind to see a UFO. Real or not, I happen to prefer to look at images that at least look like the object in question.
It was posted here so you all can judge what it is. Why should the rest of the internet get to see it and not us? You aren't making any sense. If it bothers you that much, there's a boat and some flying rods that someone thinks is a UFO on another thread.

Wait, so you prefer images you know for a fact are not aliens, but that kind of look like aliens? You prefer a picture that shows what you're positive is the shadow of something mundane but that winds up looking sort of funny thanks to tricks of shadow and perspective? You prefer Grey shaped shadow puppets? If that's your position, that's fine. I can't see that it actually does any harm and everybody is entitled to get their fun more or less however they want...it just seems a little strange. Are you saying that from the very beginning, from the time you made this post you already had decided this must just be the shadow of something playing tricks? If so, good joke, I guess.
If it's the shadow of a vase or something then why would the board care what it really is? To answer your question, yes, I would very much prefer a blurry photo of something that might plausibly be a UFO to a clear picture of what everyone agrees is something mundane casting a shadow. I guess what bothers me is that when you initially posted, it seemed like you thought maybe this was a Grey. A number of people certainly took you seriously and some of them even agreed with you. Now you come back with "Ha ha guys I knew all along it was just a shadow....but let's play a fun game and guess what kind of shadow!" If you really thought this might be something interesting when you posted it, I don't see any shame in that. But what you're saying now, in your own words, seems to be that you never thought the image was anything other than a gag and that, since you represented it as "Hey this might be something interesting" you are coming very close to the definition of a hoax, which I gather is frowned upon 'round these here parts.

Give me a break! It obvioulsy a weather balloon folks.
In actual fact scientists have said that on that night because of small Meteorite
fragments coming through the earths atmosphere you can expect to see strange lights and ETs and UFOs but please be aware what you are seeing is nothing more than small Meteorite.
Alternatively in referrence to the so called grey in the video, please realise that that image of a solid et is nothing more than flares and/or lava balls that were floating around that night LOL!!!!

Again, I'll say the same thing. When I initially posted, I didn't know what it was. I thought it looked interesting. Don't say something I never said, like "Ha Ha Guys...." I never said any such thing nor did I try to pull anyone's leg. Back the hell off!

If you are willing to say flat out that you never meant to pull anyone's leg, then hey, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Looks like you're a pretty smart guy and a pretty good poster. If you say this was not your idea of a joke, not only do I believe you but let me be the first to apologize for saying that it was. Sorry about that, sport.
We just seem to find very different sorts of things interesting. Like I said, I'd be more interested in a blurry photo of something that may be a flying saucer than in a crisp image of, for instance, a vase casting a shadow. I can kind of see where you're coming from, though, and I can see how for some people trying to figure out what mundane objects casts an anomalous looking shadow would have some value. For example, it might be instructive to consider examples of the ways people who really want to see something unusual can twist their perceptions to make something prosaic, seen from a weird angle and in weird lighting, seem like something exciting. We see this thing all the time in UFO, paranormal and cryptozoological research and it's something that everyone who is really interested in finding out "the truth" (whatever that means) needs to be aware of. So yeah, I can sort of see where you were going with it.
