Will the Neo-Cons kill Ron Paul if these straw poll results continue?

Maybe because Iowa is the big one that everyone uses to gage a candidate's viability or lack thereof.

One the the hallmarks of Neoconservatism is allegiance to Israel. Bill Clinton was all that, and so is Hillary. The main difference between Clinton and George W when it comes to Israel is that Clinton wasn't willing to wage war on their behalf, whereas Bush was and is.

If you ask me, thats not enough.

I support Israel, I do not support the current regime's killing of Palestinians directly (I won't go into my opinions regarding that here), but I support it's existence, however not for the reason selfish neo-cons want it to exist, that reason being that they believe it has to exist so Jesus will return, not because they care about Jewish people. I'd go into that more but I'd stray off topic.

Hillary is anything but conservative. She is very liberal and secular.

I have no idea and any guess would be speculation. Still, it just seems very odd that almost half of the people that paid didnt bother to vote. It reminds me of other voting irregularities we've seen in the past

She has attended Bilderberg and IMO that puts her with them. She will tow the line in Iraq just like the Bush family and friends so that puts her with them as well. Bill Clinton was " discovered" at a Bilderberg meeting in 76' . . They are all Corporate/Bank sponsored Blue Bloods. .....Ron Paul on the other hand is DEFINATELY not one of them. He wants to eliminate thier stranglehold on America and protect our Sovereignty. This is why I think they want to kill him.

Read " Rule By Secrecy" by Jim Maars.

I dont know if he's said it in so many words but lets put it this way...the man has appeared on the Alex Jones show numerous times, he was seen on Freedom to Facism as well.

He has been very clear on his stance against the facist shadowy takeover happening in this country.

He's the only politician who votes against the horrific proposals like the Real ID act.

And my all-time favorite Ron Paul moment happened when he debated Guliani about 9/11. Paul said 9/11 happened because of american foreign policy. Guliani went on the offensive expecting to smoke Paul on the issue. Paul came back with a clever response about the CIA's own report talking about us suffering blowback from actions dating back to 1950's. Ron even offered Guliani a copy of the report since it was obvious Guliani hadnt read it

He's the only politician that believes in the Constitution. And if we dont get this man elected, it might just well be the last shot we have to prevent a corporate takeover of the entire planet.

Im not a pro-life advocate but this wont stop me from voting for Ron Paul. He's the only politician thats on record stating he will

abolish the federal reserve
abolish the IRS
abolish the CIA

reduce the goverment's power and size to what the founders of this country had in mind. That means getting rid of Homeland Security which does nothing more than violate americans' rights and has nothing to do with terrorist defense.

He is also on record for getting rid of many other federal departments that the Constitution doesnt allow for.

We either support him or we get stuck with people like Rudolph Guliani...a man who happens to hold stock in the company building the NAFTA Superhighway.

I guess I am just an extremist liberal when it comes to social issues. Its why I have difficulty sympathizing with the Palestinians, for instance.

I see those things, along with secularism, very important.

3.he voted against the flag desecration act...i think we are the only nation that allows idiots to piss on and burn our flag. say what you will but to some of us the flag still means something and it is not just a piiece of cloth with colored stripes.

Flags mean nothing, they are just pieces of cloth. If the flag stands for freedom then freedom means to do whatever you want with it. In 1989 all the flags in my country had a hole in their middle because that is where the communist symbol was , and everybody with a flag did cut it off

well i guess we can agree to disagree on the flag desecration issue i know some people feel different in this day and age but i guarantee you that if some members of the greatest generation saw YOU desecrating our flag in their day you would have been held in very low regard...ney..they would have kicked your ass.

I think you completely missed his point.

Yes, it may piss off certain people, but its your right. You bought the piece of cloth (made in China of course) with your own hard earned money and if you want to burn, tear, punch, or eat it, thats your right! Bravo is 100% on the money with what he says.

It doesn't matter how angry it makes you or anyone else. It doesn't matter if you think its disrespectful,hateful,ignorant,etc...

Putting someone in jail for burning America, "land of the free"'s flag is far worse than the act itself IMHO. Such hypocrisy makes me want to vomit.

I doubt anyone is going to kill Ron Paul. He'll just go by the way of Ross Perot. I really wish there were the perfect candidate out there. The selection looks pretty limited. I know here in Iowa there is a lot of talk about Ron Paul from some coworkers I have, but even my favorite conservative talk radio station seems to be afraid to really "endorse" him. I don't like the fact he wants to get rid of the CIA. That would weaken national defense significantly. The candidate that has my vote will acknowledge the threat of Radical Islam and its violent ways, uses the phrase "illegal immigrant" not "undocumented worker", and wants to lower my taxes, privatize social security, and not try to make my United States a socialist state.

Democracy works. If it didn't, you wouldn't have so many people who WANT to live here and WANT to blow it up when they can't.

U.S. Congressman and Republican candidate for President Dr. Ron Paul accepts Honorary Life Membership in Pro-Gun New Hampshire at a grassroots gun rights meeting organized by PGNH Executive Vice President Evan Nappen on August 18, 2007 in Concord. Forty gun rights activists from across the state heard Dr. Paul speak passionately about his support of the Second Amendment. Four of the five PGNH directors attended the meeting, and they unanimously voted to grant Dr. Paul the honorary membership.

For those of you who say Ron Paul has no chance to win have to understand this. First he has to be win the primary election for the republican party! This isn't for the presidential race! We need to vote for him so he wins this first! I'm getting tired of hearing everyone say he has no chance to win as president! If he wins the primary he will be elected President! There is no doubt in my mind! Getting him to win the Primary is our goal! General folk, seem to think there is no way he can win and be elected President! If we all spread the word and get the masses out to vote in the Primary elections we will get him on the ticket for the Presidential race, anything can happen! First we need to vote in the primary! Everyone should make sure that the are registered and understand how the primary elections works in there state! Got it REGISTER TO VOTE FOR THE PRIMARY ELECTIONS AND VOTE FOR RON PAUL! If Ron Paul gets on the Republican Ticket once the primary are determine for the democratic party he will run against Hillary or Obama! If you don’t like him that is fine that why we live in the good old US of A! The most important thing is to get out and vote!

I'd like to point out that those so-called radicals were in fact created by the CIA. Manuel Noriega, Osama BinLadin, Saddam Hussein, the list goes on and on were all created and funded by the CIA.

The CIA is the world's largest drug trafficer. The same agency created '___'. Oh and lest not forget their secret spy program on american citizens or their mind control experiments. The CIA is nothing more than a police force for corporate elitist bent on world goverment. We will be much better off without the CIA.

Oh and by the way, privatizing Social Security is another plot by those elitists and their wall street crook buddies. Ask England if their benefits went up or down after privatizing their retirement plan ( it went down).

im going to try and be polite about this as possible.
Nobody wants anything from the US. the US has absolutely nothing to offer the world. that is why they have the CIA and all the military technology in the world. The US has not enough natural resources to maintain its living standards, so you usee the CIA and your "National Defense" to go and take resources from other nations.

If you want to be the big bully of the planet. admit it, please dont hide behide phrases like freedom and national security, unless you say it the way it is meant. to take others freedoms and maintain it internationaly.

im not trying to pick a fight here, but it is just crazy to me to think that people are affraid of being attacked in america, when all america has been doing for the last 50 years is attacking other nations. Ron Paul knows that if he pulls his countries interests out of other nations then there will be no need to protect themselves from anyone.

Look at Canada, canada has more natural resources than the US could dream of, but we are not going around threatening everyone to stay out, and we dont need to. at least not for now.
