I don't have a prob downloading more than 150 kps....

ok.. here's my scenerio:

I've downloaded Audacity programs...and Lame ones as well.

Why can't I download a pofcast??!?!?

Does anyone have anything different to 'download' in order for me to podcast??!?!

Wait, did you follow my instructions on page 2?

Edit: Also, you can't 'download' a podcast unless you're listening to it. If it's your podcast, you've got to upload it. And it has to be in MP3 format.

Have you checked the nut on the handle?

Click here:

Fill out the "Create a new PODcast." form on the upper right-hand side.

Click the "BROWSE" button and locate/designate your .MP3 file.

Click "UPLOAD".

Depending on your connection speed, you should receive a sort of confirmation shortly thereafter.

Otherwise, post back.
