WHAT WILL YOU DO WHEN YOUR LAND IS INVADED

Lets say that america was invaded by some military force lets just say the chinnese what would you all do. I know that most of you yanks would lay your life down but I meen are there any plans in place. I am English and in ww2 there were palns for the citizens to rebel against a occupying force using guerilla tactics these people were trained by the army and when people leave the british army they are sometimes asked to stay as sleepers in there community just in case I was wondering if you americans have the same kind of thing

If I have a gun (if the liberals don't strip freedom loving citizens of every gun that is), I plan to take down as many as possible.

I would gladly and peacefully move my belongings and go rest on some reservation a hundred miles away... and expect my family to rot into mental obilivion for generations.

Or I could go kicking into slavery, either mining diamonds or picking cotton.

Or I'd put up a fight.

Haven't figured out which one yet.

I would have to eliminate those posing a threat to me. Don't become a target.

I would imagine National Guard would kick in along with other the armed forces, there is also a little thing called Civil Defense (If you have ever seen a building in the states, that has a small triangle, with the initials C.D., that is a Civil Defense storage area , has rations, tools etc etc.Not ALL buildings have them, nor are they always in buildings, Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico is a large Civil Defense storage facilty...though I think some of the rations would be pretty old by now)
I would also imagine that a lot of private citizens still have their stash of weapons and hideouts all throughout america.

yeah I know that everyone says I would fight but do any of you know if the american goverment has plans for such an event.

I would imagine our govt would be nuking the hell out of China though... So I don't see this happening, unless they wish for Nuclear war

there is a lot more guns in the us then there is here in the uk but us english have bulldog spirit so I think we would be near impossible to invade, I am biased as I am english what do u americans think of my statement

Thanks to the 2nd Ammendment (that lil ole outdated thing that most think is completely stupid and useless) Japan decided against a invasion of mainland america because "every home is a potential snipers nest" So as long as we are allowed to keep guns, no army in the world with one iota of commen sense will ever consider such an act, because it would be a tactical nightmare, though i think major cities would be alot easeir to deal with than more rural areas.

I dare say though an invasion would staart by sleeper cells already in the us being activated and commiting terroist acts against ur natoin then there would come the troops rolling in but yeah I think america strategically would be a nightmare due to the amount of hunters you guys have who are basically snipers and hunters are going to know the land a lot better than an invading force

For a country to come an invade the US, That counrty would have to kill 90% of the population. The american people wouldnt just sit for it. Unless.... THE GOVERMENT TOOK YOUR GUNS

start a new hunting season. No Army invading the US would make it. Too many rednecks in the country who would love to shoot an invading army and it would be a massive guerilla war against the invader. No plans needed, president says, open season on the invaders.

I would think most folks would fight to the last man or woman standing... I would.

Even if the military was defeated and military bases nuked or otherwise WMD'ed, the remaining populace would make life so incredibly miserable for an invading army it just wouldn't be worth it. I mean there are what? 5 guns for every man, woman and child in the US?

And even if gun control took most of the guns beforehand, there's always an alternative way to get weapons - and my luring a enemy combatant to bed and gutting him with a kitchen knife to get his weapon would be a good start.

I've never heard of a formal plan or ANY related training by the US Government to the masses. As far as I can tell, they don't care if we're fat a$$e$ who can't get off the couch and defend ourselves.

I dare say though if china were to invade america they would have already took into account rednecks and such like and would swamp america with such and overwhelming amount of troops that it would be very hard for some hillbillies to fight them off. I liked the comment about luring them to bed and gutting them but if america was invaded there would be no luring I dare say that if u tried that numerous enemy soldiers would line up and have there way with you. I do though think the best thing going for you guys would be the incredible amount of firearms you guys have
