I find it strange that he wants to meet with your co worker so bad after he got turned down for a loan. Why would he want to share this info with him?

Time will tell I guess.

ok, some new details and strange info

My co-worker talked to him today, he is going to try to schedule a meeting with him on Thursday.

I told him, he better get some info out of this guy, and try to get a look at the film he captured.

So, Apparently this Muslim Man is buying a Church for $10 million dollars now!!!! My co-worker said, what did you hit the lottery.. he replied, "something like that".

Thats all i got right now, my co-worker is getting pissed at me because im asking him a million and one questions. More details will be posted when i get them!

This "muslim man" is playing you guys. He's either angry at your co-worker, or has too much free time on his hands and is trying to have some fun with your co-worker.

This is what will happen, he will lead you on for as long as he can. Saying things like he has something supernatural on video, and he is buying a ten million dollar church are all ploys to get some attention, or to play your co-worker.

See how long it's taken to get anything of substance from this story? It is a very interesting story and it was a great post. It would be very interesting to see what happens, I could be wrong (often am), but I really feel like this what is known as a "hat trick".

The real scary question may be, why is this "muslim man" playing/conning you guys? What's motivating him to act nuts?

Who says he's "acting"?

Some people are just nuts. Personally, I come to ATS to avoid those types.

Yeah i dont know whats going on, apparently he tried to set up an appointment with him last night and the guy never answered. Who the hell knows, maybe my co-worker was right when he said that this guy is a wacko.

Time will tell.....

Hey kix,
Don't sweat it man. None of us are waiting on you, really. If pokey strikes it big and gets all famous and all, I'll remember YOU brought it to us first! If he doesn't? Meh. I'm not blaming you.

Hang in there. It will or it won't.

Aww, shoot, I was off here yesterday and was hoping to find out more today... I just want to say, don't go! If your coworker does thats up to him, otherwise at this point, stay away from this one at least the first encounter with the guy, he may be disgruntled. Good thread though. Suspenseful.

I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a while now and not a lot of progress has been made as far as hikix coming up with any new exciting info....I guess, just like everyone, I'll just have to wait and only time will tell...

well i was really hoping this thread wouldnt get bumped up.. but i really dont have any new info. My co-worker may or may not meet with him. He is totally uninterested in this guy. And he doesnt want me to get involved at all. But maybe something will happen, and if it does ill let you guys know.

Last bit of info i got was that i heard him on the phone saying that he will meet up with him sometime in the near future. But everytime i say to him, whats up with that guy.. he just rolls his eyes and tells me hes a wacko.

My co-worker is not interested in UFO's or the paranormal AT ALL. So, its kinda hard to press him.

OK, hikix, now it's time to do some detective work. Your co-worker tried to get this guy financed somehow, so there's got to be paperwork laying around. I know it's the computer age, but we old fossils also know that hardcopy is kept of most everything too.

Find the Muslim guys address, and maybe you can find him. Maybe you can google up how he's buying a church for 10mil, that ought to be an exchange people talk about.

Shoot, with his address, you can drive by his house.

You do realize that this is exactly the plot line that would start out a good B-movie?

Keep kicking high there hikix- we're behind you, safely behind you a long ways.

Totally agree with NG here.

wow, 55 flags? is this thread really that good?

the OP supplied second hand info from a bloke who says the relatively unknown caller is a wacko, and claims something big has happened and that he may have a story sometime in the future if he ever gets in contact with this alleged nutjob and finds out whatever it is that this 3rd party may have seen.

i think some people are right, you should have waited until you actually had something to give rather than a bunch of if's, maybe's, and possibilities.. however the only people who have been strung along are the sheeple who flagged it.

i do however commend your approach on admitting that its 3rd party info from a potential nutjub and all a big question mark which you will try get more info on..

that part you did the right thing and i hope to read something substantial in the not too distant future.

what bewilders me is that 55 people flag this, and many award "stars" for such a thread which is totally void of any substance. heck theres hardly anything at all.

i read some of this thread (and all of the OP's posts) but i didnt award starts or flags because at the present time there is nothing here that deserves this, except maybe the OP's honesty in his source.

by all means monitor the thread but save your flags for a time & thread which truely deserves them instead of handing them out as if its a plate of cookie's at a party.

after reading this over a week ago i thought hmm there maybe summit here time will tell, then a funny thing happened, all these people on here jumped on and discredited him quicker than tinfoil burning in a microwave, have we come to a point today where were so desperate for this kind of stuff we try to discredit someone for summit they havent done? are we so quick to demand this type of info and then feel let down we say all these things against him, i feel he started off pretty good he wasnt looking for glory, but maybe in hindsight hes thinking why did he bother, leave him alone and let him bring to the table what he has when he has it, if he doesnt no biggy deal and no one gets bent outta shape over it move on to the next topic, if this is the type of response from people on here im sure many others might not be so forward coming with anything else they may discover IMHO.

the fact is james he's had a month and still nothing.
even his original post was very vague and contained nothing but third party info of "ifs, maybes, could be's, and possibly" ... there is absolutely no story here whatsoever.

the third party "allegedly" saw something, the second party says the third party is a crackpot nutcase, but the OP seems to think otherwise without actually ever speaking to third party or hearing any part of the story directly.

he posted a vague topic based on heresay of another person, with no meat in this sandwich whatsoever.

the bottom line is he should have waited till he actually had something worth reporting before he come on reporting nothing but third party info on a topic which even he knows nothing about from a witness he has never spoken to and never met.

so what is the actual story here? all we are left with is speculation at best.

Here's a new thread about a recent report concerning Muslims seeing Jesus. Seems related to this discussion:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Maybe the man you mentioned had an experience similar to this?

It's been a while now, hikix. Any news? Have you learned anything about this Muslim? Has your co-worker ever mentioned him again? Has there been anything of interest in the news around your area that might tie in to this?

We've been waiting so long that we are starved for updates?

My Co-Worker talked to the guy today.

He was in Israel and filmed a "blue swinging pendulum" in the sky for four hours. Hes signed contracts with all the major news corps. He thinks hes going to become a millionaire from this. He will not show the video to anyone.

Thanks Hikix. Can't wait till this hits the news. Won't be surprised if it doesn't though. Good UFO footage usually never sees the light of day. He should release a couple of stills though, just to whet the public's appetite.

This whole thing still sounds fishy to me. I can't imagine holding out to sign contracts with major news outlets for something like this. Why wouldn't he just release the video himself? Surely something like this would outweigh the need for monetary gain.

I'm not sure what to think of the "blue swinging pendulum" either. It just all sounds to mysterious to me.

im sure it wont make the news. I think this guy thinks hes gonna make money off of this video and little does he know that UFO videos are worth crap.

As far as signing contracts, it sounds strange. I dont know if he is lying about that or not.
