Women to rule the Planet

OK for a start I'm a man, but dont you think women would do a much better job of running the show, I know women can be killers etc. but thats not their 1st instinct. Their's is to nuture life, to see it through sickness and strife, theirs is to be tollerant and guiding.

Well is it time for us knucle draggers to move over, we have had our way for thousands of years and we have fooked up big time for all of those years. And mentioning those years, we have persecuted the fair sex with a passion, nay say an enjoyment, so I think its about time we handed the reigns back to the rightful owners, those who we stole it from, those who gave us life whilst we took it away, those who have suffered so much for so long, its time for the sacred feminine to regain its rightful place in society.

Women throughout the ages have been persecuted, no other group has been so persecuted for so long and one has to ask the question why, why should those who bring life have to suffer so much for so long. What is it that we as men fear so much from them, so much so that even today we cover them up and persecute them.

We manipulate their minds, make them feel inferior, too fat, too slim, too old, too young, the list is a mile long. Have you ever wondered why for every mans mag there are a hundred for women. We have tricked them into the board room, given them false hope, empowered them yet connived behind their backs, we do them a great injustice.

Ask a man what he's buying for his wife, he will say, flowers, chocies, a hoover, an iron, a hairdryer, an ironing board, a toaster and all that crap, but ask a real man what he is buying for his wife?

Women put in charge? Bad idea. Am I sexist? No, it just so happens that I feel that women are no better or worse than men. Therefore simply letting them run the show instead of men would be just as bad an idea as letting
men always run the show.

With the whole women's rights thing taking place we've noticed that more and more women have proven that they're not beyond things that were formerly reserved for men. Namely politics with Hilary Clinton, who in my opinion is a perfect example of how women can be just as bad as men. Even rape isn't beyond women, just take Debra Lafave for example.

Even before women's rights, there were examples showing that they're no less biologically violent than men. The dreaded pirates Anne Bonny and Mary Read are perfect examples of how violence is not just a male thing.

I feel that a better idea would be to simply let women run for office just the same as men and then the people can vote for the best candidates. There's simply no good reason why women should be treated any better than men. I'm not against women having power, but I feel that both men and women should have to earn it.

I always felt superior to men and smarter in a manipulative sort of way. I can make men do my bidding and if they say i dont, that's even better and it shows that i can get my way and make them think they're getting theirs.

Men think they manipulate our minds- they dont. We let YOU think you do.
We can be loving, wonderful beings, but we have had it all over men since the beginning of time. As far as calling us fat, or chubby or suggesting a nose job....women dont care, the only pain here is that OTHER women may think we are fat, chubby or have a big nose. Example: I buy a $500 bag. Who do you think will be impressed by the bag i carry? Joe at the deli? NO. That bag is to impress other WOMEN.

So you see, we have been superior all this time, you just didnt know it.

And BTW, the Antichrist could be a woman.

As far as "ruling" the world....I think a woman could rule more sensibly than a man ever could and would not get into royal messes MANKIND gets us in repeatedly.

Women DO rule.

First off studies have proven that women that have attained high positions in government, business etc often have higher-than-normal levels of testosterone. Also killing 'etc' isn't the males first instinct either. Can't guys be tolerant/guiding etc?
Also I get tired of the 'Women should run the world!' attitude.
Can't we just live in a friggin' meritocracy for crying out loud, rather than matriarchal/patriarchal extremes!?!? Finally you say that the first instinct of women is to nurture, but isn't the males first instict to protect, which would be equal?

As much as we delude ourselve's into thinking either sex can 'rule the world' and create an equal opportunity Utopia they can't.
Hasn't millenia of us males ruling showed that one sex cannot rule equally? I highly doubt a matriachy is going to view guys as equals to women.

Sorry to burst your bubble magicmushroom. Women do rule the planet. It is a sad fact. People like to think that this is a mans world but when it boils down to a woman can get out of a speeding ticket by crying or unbuttoning her blouse, and a woman can sue to get into a mens organization (heck even a mens locker room) or the fact that if you get married, who really is in charge? Sure men can make a lot of decisions. But women are the only ones that can make us sleep on the couch.

like they say a man is the head of the family but the woman is the neck and can turn the head.

This is so sad you guys. I am a woman. In the beginning stages of menopause. Now a few years ago, i would have been a whole different story. Think about it, a women with pms, and that big RED button. Hair standing on edge screamin "nuke them mutha's" A peed off female with POWER to do it..well she's mad...sure she would.

Honestly I don't think anyone should rule anyone else, but it appears people want to be ruled because they give their power away to others so easily.

If everyone on this planet was personally responsible for their own actions and considerate of others we wouldn't need any rulers at all.

I think it would only work if women ran the world from the beginning. As it isknow when a woman comes to power often she has to prove that she is not weak or soft so she can be just as hardcore if not worse then some men. But I think most women think things through and men in power (presidents /ceos) generally only make decisions that stroke there ego or their... um I think you know what else..

If anyone is ruled, there is an automatic need for opposition. Self perpetuating the feelings of intollerance and persecution.

This is one of those age-old dilemas that may never be resolved. The human ego is a destructive thing.

If the shoe was on the other foot, the blame for mistakes and bad decisions would simply get shifted. Back to square one!

I do not want to live in a world of "catfights" and "punchups" thankyou.

I agree with you magicmushroom, completely.
I don't have much experience in life, in fact I can be considered useless and easily be ignored for it. But if there's one thing that I'm sure is:
"Women are far more intelligent than we'll ever be".

Of course there are people and there are people, but take your time to watch your Woman, Girlfriend, Mom, Sister or Friend. Watch how they behave and the passion, determination, simplicity and tenderness they have doing whatever it is.
That's for sure something that we, Men, don't have and probably never will.

you bought that bag as a competative tactic to be noticed by MALES over other females. yes you are concerned about eachothers refinements because they are your compatition for other males. This is not an attack at who controls who, it is a fact of nature. Men do the same thing, I see a lot of fruity dressed (could never work in those clothes) males that do what they do for the sake of impressing females. this is pobably due to the fact that beating another man for his woman is no longer legal in many countries. So they go the sniper route.

Mens primary role is to spread his seed. Womens primary role is to nurture, right from their first dolly. there is no need for either to rule because both have the same goals just with different roles. you cannot remove males ambition to dominate over a female if we are talking about a force of nature. if you are talking about from a spiritual sense and need to hear equality in order to be satisfied, then gender is obsolete, you are a spirit and do not require sexual reproduction. As long as you inhabit a human body here on earth, you should fallow the rules of nature, and you might find some peace.

So you see, we have been superior all this time, you just didnt know it.

sorry but that reminds me of a movie i watched where dogs thought they ruled the world because they could poop where ever they wanted and we had to clean it up, and they never had to work just eat sleep and poop.

what the hell? why is it even an issue this is 2007 damn i thought we were past that. we're all humans . i just dont dig how its a big deal just cuz a lady wants to run or possibly "rule the world" its another person. they always have to add in the female aspect. its like the whole black thing. seriously should it even be an issue?

-->TheBadge Are you serious? It is an issue because plenty of people in this country do not like seeing a woman nor a person of color in power. Period. You may not be one of those people but the fact remains that it is a problem whether or not you choose to accept it. Now you can 1) help change things by addressing the problem helping find a solution ie educating people giving more opportunities to women and minorities 2) Ignore the problem and think we live in a "we are the world society" 3) perpetuate the stereotype that woman or minorities aren't good at being in positions of power or 4) Feel that the problem isn't that big of deal and people need to just move on thereby allowing the problem to continue. It seems to me that you are stuck at option 4.

yeah im serious.. well i just think people should chill out im saying IT SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM! people shouldnt trip over someone being a female. but unfourtunately they do.
