Can someone please re-upload the new footage to another file host? The Megaupload links are both saying "Files are temporarily unavailable"

I was convinced until the close up on the 2nd video, you can see the CGI element sliding all over the place in relation to the background..obvious giveaway of 3d tracking (and badly done at that).

File as fake.

Are you basing this off of the downloaded video or the streaming one from above? I see nothing of what you are describing in the downloaded version.

Hey,

Its the 2nd video link above, around :50 when the camera starts moving there's slight movement associated with the CG not locked to the background sky. Its very hard to track in rough camera movement like this.

I'mmm.. not noticing anything. I've looked through these videos so many times it's ridiculous now, and I've yet to discover Anything suggesting motion tracking.

As far as I'm concerned, this thing was actually hanging there in the sky, which isn't all that improbable since most of the people on the Alien & UFOs section Have seen a UFO, and I'm one of them.

The first UFO I saw, which I've been pretty skeptical talking about, was more or less exactly the size and shape of this UFO. It was dark, yet transparent almost to the degree you couldn't see it. I remember thinking to myself "Even if I'd run up to someone and point towards it, they wouldn't see it". Heck, I only noticed something was there because it did some weird flash in my peripheral vision as it was going over a nearby light pole. I would Not have noticed it flying there if it wasn't for that.

Anyway, the thing had a dark shade to it, much like this one, but as I said it was semi-transparent. Much like this one you couldn't make out the surface or any features, instead I saw what appeared to be a blackish.. mist covering the UFO, "boiling" with the huge "bubbles" that span across it making it semi-transparent, the bubbles were the transparent parts that is. It flew in an extremely steady motion at about a three story buildings height and at about running speed with no noise what-so-ever. I was scared, but I decided to follow it, staying close to a couple of bushes that were nearby. As I followed it it became harder and harder to see, and as it passed into, from my point of view, a bright pink part of the sky (the sun was setting), it created the illusion it was going in 'behind' the pink part, meaning that whatever made it invisible in the first place only made it more invisible the more light it had to dispense. And that's just the first semi-cloaked UFO I saw.

I finally managed to download the files after some problems.

About the file named ovni_2, i can say that its not CG or any composite work. It looks like there is something really in the sky. Now the question is what it is. Whether its ET or only T.

I dont see any cords or editing artifacts to remove the cord, so can't say if its a balloon. If its a balloon, its very huge. It also does not sway in wind like a balloon. But from the trees one can say that not much wind was blowing.

I cant say much about the one with 'borders'(ovni_1). The border is most apparent now even without any enhancement. Why is there a border, if its real ? Anyway the videographer providing a better video is a positive point. He appears honest by doing this.

I'll try to analyze more and post my results, if I find anything of interest.

I can't believe this thread died so fast. o_O Is this NOT the greatest UFO footage that's surfaced in, what... decades, or what?

Anyway, some new info that might be of interest. Apparently there was some cloaking action going on that we haven't heard of yet.

When I asked Anamkhai about why the UFO is all black he said:

"it was very dark, maybe not as dark as on the video, but couldn't see very well but we could see a kind of halo around the ship, you can see it if you zoom it a lot like some white effect a bit like when it's hot on a road and it makes a little water effect with the sun."

Which in itself is pretty interesting if you ask me, and yes, you Do see the white halo on coursanges video, however me and Rocksolidbrain just assumed it was a camera effect. Edit: Just watched the HQ version again and the white halo isn't as obvious as it was on the YouTube version, just saying.

I've invited Anamkhai to come talk to us about the sighting, and he's said he's said he's going to get to it eventually and has apologized over and over again for being so slow about it. I believe he'll be here eventually though, so this is not the end of this thread.

The said videos Are on YouTube, just look at the original post. What's happened now is that we've obtained the high quality versions, and yes, they are in qucktime format, a program which is free.

The videos do however work in Media Player Classic, a non-intrusive program which only requires you start the .exe. Here's a link to that program:

Yeah that's the video. And what I think is that it's a genuine video of a UFO that is somewhat obscured!

I don't really know what else to say except that it looks absolutely real and that nothing so far indicates fake or even the possibility of a fake. In essense it's a really good video of a disc shaped UFO.

My personal insight is that this video is a well done fake. As I said before, untli the last seconds it is convincing (look like a blimp though) but in last seconds the craft moves, and the coordination of the movement of craft and camre makes it not convincing anymore.

I actually see nothing of the sort. The blur around the edges of it is consistent with blur around the vegetation (in that shot), the zoom blurs from time to time and is perfectly synced with the blur of the surroundings. There's actually nothing that immediately suggest fake with this video, which is why it's so interesting.

Do you guys think we should start contacting some CGI specialists?
