I hear ya Neiby.Both of my grand fathers wer war vets and taps was played at both their funerals. I could hardly stand up. Although, when my Grandpa Stewart past away a year ago, the Honour Gaurd that was sent wasn't WWII vets from the VFW, but were Screaming Eagles from the 101stAB! The funeral directorsaid they were hard to get. Made me wonder what was in his military records!

I would also say that Cat Power - Satisfaction is pretty haunting....This video doesn't really do it justice....but here goes. Also, the Acoustic Version is best....

No fair throwin' old vegetables at me for this, but here's a quite haunting rap song that comes to mind...
