I was reading stuff about aliens and things like the Illuminati and stuff here and ive always had a thing about aliens and stuff since i was like 6. But i was reading and i sat back for a minute and then this weird feeling came over me. I felt this weird sensation of extreme mindlessness like i couldn't do anything with my mind andi was only partially aware of what was going on around me, and i had to really struggle to think straight and it went away abruptly. it had only lasted about 10 seconds. I was sitting there thinking how strange it was and then it happened again like twice as forceful. I absolutley could not move. My eyes kind of bugged out and my mouth like gaped and drooled a bit when i had come out of this spell. My stomach musles contracted very tightly. It felt like i was being mentally attacked like something was trying to take over. I think i fought it off whatever it was. I live in Arizona i wont say where im too scared ill just say Paradise, AZ (thats where the Dude is from). But i was wondering if anyone knows what this was or anything.

Do you know what? The same thing happened to me like a month ago and also I believe once two months before that. It feels like the brain shuts down or gets stuck in a loop. It was late and I was reading into conspiracy stuff. The weird thing is that I felt a very clear presence entering the room just before that.

I'm not sure but this could probably some kind of seizure although it feels unlikely. Could also be aliens, daemons or ghosts.

Very weird things have happened here as well but I don't know if they are related. I hope some of us or someone else finds an explanation.

My first thought is that you should get some doctor tests done. I know someone that had similar symtoms and it turned out to be parkinsons disease.

Actually I have also had a very similar experience. After finishing reading the Mars Records I had a paralysing numbness come over my body while my head began to buzz. I literally had to throw myself out of the trance and leave the room immediately as I felt I was being 'scanned'. Shortly after I could feel the electrical impulses firing in my brain. For the next 24 hours my energy levels were completely offset.

Although the experience was truly terrifying, from researching such symptons I believe you like myself may have occured the first few stages of a Kundalini Awakening.

Eitherway Im 100% convinced such an experience is more then simply a form of sleep paralysis. I also 'felt' a presence in the room.

Physical symptoms require medical attention. See a doctor before you freak yourself out. You start convincing yourself that you're under some sort of psychic attack, and it won't matter whether or not it's true.

Could be psychosomatic, like stress induced, could be something else entirely. Whatever it is, the sooner a medical professional has the opportunity to diagnose it, the better off you'll be.

Just do it.

See a doctor. Could be some kind of mild form of epilepsi or somthing else physical.

This is odd, and there has to be an explanation of some sort for what you’ve experienced.

My husband’s cousin Frank, had some sort of strange experience over 20 years ago, and you can’t get him to talk about it to this day. Only his sister knows what happened, as she was there. She said he came out into the living room one night where she was still up watching TV. He apparently had a blanket wrapped around his body, eyes were open and he was sweating profusely. When it was all over, he told his sister that- if the Devil had gotten that blanket off he could take his soul! I know that’s pretty bizarre, and maybe it was a sleep walking nightmare? Maybe it’s similar to your experience? Just sharing strange stories

I think he was having a nightmare, but who knows?

Thank you for posting your story, but my first advice is going to be to consider medical attention.

The first thing I thought of was some form of simple partial seizure, but I would never definitively say this is what you experienced.

www.epilepsy.com...

Get checked out.

It seems all the experiences are connected through the fact that we were all reading conspiracy/alien/ufo publications. While medical reasoning seems the most logical the fact that individuals have reacted in light of reading such material is truly intriguing.

I believe it is a part of the brain 'waking up' to ideologies not of our current existence. Or perhaps we are being checked up on by forces not of this origin.

Eitherway I doubt me and my fellow posters are all suffering some form of seizure or mild epilepsy.

Get yourselves to the Doctors to be sure you have no underlying medical conditions, I hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about.

Don't mention to the Doctor that you think it could be alien probing or you'll be referred to another kind of Doctor.

In the absence of seizure, sounds like brain washing. There seems to be an awful lot of horror inspired crap masquerading as enlightenment complete with double messages. A double message could be something like "The need to lead is a symptom" and in the even of contact, "I will be one of the leaders."
Or
"The government is evil and full of deception," and "I wish they would recognize my genius."

The contact experience appears to be very personal in that it tends to be somewhat unique to each individual. Less important than our physical establishments and power structures that are threatened by such overwhelming superiority in knowing how to manipulate the dynamics of the universe that we live in are the metaphysical attributes of our humanity. What you bring to the table appears to have some impact. Look not to 'aliens' to define humanity.

If indeed that is what they are. The appearance of flying objects would tend to support that perception. Maybe they're like langoliers, the support staff of sentient life in the universe, a little indifferent to our personal preferences or cultures, but not indifferent to the advancement of life.

There's an awful lot of stuff floating around that is very toxic, brainwashing and completely sold out. Probably what is commonly known as a brain fart.

That is pretty strange, I would also have said sleep paralysis or epilepsy but i've never experienced them so I guess I can't really say.

To the people that have experienced this; have you experienced it at other times, say when you aren't at your computer, or when you were doing something different on your computer?

jensouth31 your story sounds like he had a fever with the hallucinations and sweating yet having a blanket on, etc. That's something I have experienced, and it's one of the scariest things i've been through.

This could be caused by lots of other things then mindcontrol etc.

epilepsy, fatigue, drugs (happened to me once or twice smoking weed lol
), oncoming illness, anxiety (which can happen when you get creeped out like reading stuff like this or watching a really good horror or thriller in other words. psychosomatic).

I do admit it's weird but I do think you need to keep your legs on the ground for the time being and visit your doctor.
Me personally would not think anything at first except somethings wrong and I need myself to get checked by a doc.. at the bare minimum to exclude any "normal" explanation and to make sure im not ill.

*joke* this happens to me when I have a caffeine shortage. my brain don't work without coffee

Don't mention to the Doctor that you think it could be alien probing or you'll be referred to another kind of Doctor.
Made me laugh

In all honesty this is often psychosomatic.. I have had something like this happen to me a couple of times.. and it was always when getting a little spooked or freaked out. reading about ghosts, stuff like on ats, good suspensefull forror or thriller movies and so on.. But it always clearly started out by me simply getting a little spooked and therefor anxious.

This is not an epilepsy in my opinion. It is also not a psychic attack from outside; no demons, ghosts aliens etc.. It is an experience that can be associated with a kind of awareness. If you push yourself too much to the limits of the current parameter of reality, this kind of experience can occur. This "pushing yourself" (with consiparcy stuff or science or philosophy etc) is not dangerous or bad in itself but one shouldn't reach to false conclusions like ghosts or aliens. It is some kind of experience of awareness that one can be aware of his/her limits and therefore other possibilities. From your and other descriptions I came to this conclusion.
If you go to psychiatr and tell this story, he/she will give you immedieatly a medicine in order to supress and "normalise" your experience. In my opinion, there is nothing to be afraid of this kind of experience; one should rather enjoy the capacity of human consciousness.
On the other hand, if you have ongoing physical symptoms you should of course go to a medical doctor.

Play it safe and see a doctor....especially if it continues. Be careful with what you eat. Some of those chemical additives can really cause havoc with the normal operations of the body.

You probably experienced a seizure when exposed to graphic images on the computer.

PANIC ATTACK! en.wikipedia.org...
Extremely common. Often happens when your worldview (cultural programming) starts to change, especially if you thought the world was a nice place where everything makes sense. Don't worry about it folks it's a normal reaction under the circumstances.

I hadn’t thought of that. Your explanation certainly sounds plausible. According to his sister he seems to think he was having some sort of battle with the Devil over his soul. Having a fever and a hallucination is not out of the question either, and should be considered. I wasn’t there so I can’t say if he was ill at the time of the episode. (maybe he had one too many to drink before bed)
