Please Read This! Can You Help?

I don't know if I experience the full extent of what you have, but during the height of my spiritual progression, before I stop, I felt this eerie feeling, my body just went cold, my heart just pounding, and I felt this fear that I never felt before. All I know was I wasn't insane because my bird was freaking out as well, I just stayed frozen for a couple of seconds, then when I regain control of myself, first thing I did was lock my doors (like that was going to help) and just starting thinking about God.

I believe that as long as you hold on to some spiritual or holy relic, whether it is a cross, a figure of buddha, a star of david, and image of something spiritual, and you believe they will protect you, then it will. Pray to the spirits of someone you love or in your family, they will protect you.

Oh I know its hard, and I don't have the right to say this, but in the face of evil, show no fear, fear shows insecurity in faith and in trust of yourself and of God. And if you have the chance try to find guidance in all spiritual and holy, the signs might be abstract, but be aware of your surrounding and read the sign, they will be your spiritual guidance and your answers.

I hope I helped, while I can't be certain your friend and you are indigo children, I can say that I do they believe, but I just can't be certain until I meet one and that I am always willing to help anyone in spiritual need with what I have learned during my journey, I just I fortunate as you guys and keep focus on that path soon.
