Lil bro took these earlier

He was playing outside and ran inside,grabbed my digicamc and shot these.It was about 5:30p.m.central here in San Antono,Texas.

Why do you say that? Just because it's an orange object with a crooked tail?

I am not an expert on photoshop or anything.

I've seen picture before that are really bad photoshop jobs.

So if this is a fake, I say it's a well done fake.

He shot them on auto setting cuz' that's the only way we use the cam.It's a 3 megapixel Nikon Coolpix 995.

I for one am willing to listen to you paralyz, is there any more information you wish to share about the encounter?

Could a falling star cause that type of trail?

I've only seen 2 falling stars and they had straight tails.

Also might it be space debris?

I'm not saying its completely faked, its just the way its taken etc, i think its a plane doing a fuel dump and igniting it at high altitude.

Thats an interesting picture, but I suspect it probably will turn out to be an airplane, the contrails being blown by gusty winds. I dont think it could be a meteor, as they are only visible for a few moments usually. I dont think its a comet, which would be visible for a while, but its too clear. Whatever it is, its a very interesting picture! Thanks for sharing!!

That very well could be a possibility.

Interewsting photos, look real to me- something is making a sharp decent that's for sure. Twin trails? Possible military manuvers is my first thought. Are you near a base?

Dunno about falling star or space debris.He says it looked big when he first saw it then it got smaller.It was going in a straight line,slowed a bit,S-turned then disapeared.We live about 5-7 miles away from Lackland AFB.Also there was sound when he saw it.
