It is against the UCMJ to disclose information for a period of 70 years or death, whichever comes first.
If the Officer made that agreement over 70 years ago, and I know it isn't that time yet, then by all means, spill the beans.
But the time to talk hasn't come, at least, not until the year 2007. So, I think it would be in that Officer's best interest to continue to keep his mouth shut until he can legally open it.
You state that this person only saw pictures then I assume that is the extent of their involvement in what transpired at Roswell at that time or do you know otherwise?
