I believe you answered your own question. Sure, we all have our own preferences. Certain women want certain types of men, certain men want certain types of women. But in the end I believe we are in search of one common goal, honesty.

With honesty, any relationship can work. Without it, failure everytime.

girl here cm, our want's are as diverse as guys' are. It can't be put down in a simple sentence or paragraph unfortunately (how much easier would life be if it were?! lol)

I believe that in order to find out what a girl wants depends on what kind of girl YOU want and what kind of guy you are.

I personally fear that the good days of ole where all a girl wanted was a nice guy who would make her feel loved, safe, special and would reciprocate good lovin' are fast becoming just that ... a thing of the past. Now it's all about what he can do for her, buy for her, pay for her etc...
Well that's just what I'm seein... and don't even get me started on men (not that I have to worry about that anymore hehe)

Over the years I've dated the scrawny punk kid, the body guy, the pretty boy and the radio shack geek - but they all had one thing in common, they made me laugh and they made me think. Your desparation is showing. There are few things less attractive in a man than desparation.
1) A woman wants to know that she is special to her man and no other woman will do. If you reek of desparation, it basically says, "You're female and talking to me? I'll take what I can get."
2) Most women are flattered at being "pursued" (not stalked).
3) Jealousy is a big turn off. Jealousy tells a woman that she is a man's property; a mere accessory; not special at all-just "tagged" for insurance purposes.
4) Self-confidence, physically fit, goal-oriented, not living in your mother's house: these are all good quallities.
5) You have to HAVE a life before you can offer to share it with a worthy female.

What is it you are really hoping the women are going to say? beyond the usual stuff like "I like a guy who is smart and funny and considerate...."?

The level of honesty you're demanding from women.... you're not going to get. You're never going to get a bunch of women to say things like

"I prefer tall, broad-shouldered, muscular men to fat, scrawny or lanky ones"
"I want a guy with power, success, money and fame!"
"I prefer guys with huge members!"
"I want a guy that can go for at least 30 minutes! I am sick of these wimps who last 2 minutes then roll over and fall asleep!"
"I want a guy who gets along with my best friends! and who will share me with his best friends!"

In other words.... women hate to admit that they choose men based on "superficial" factors like looks, power, or prowess at sex and seduction.... so instead they're going to say more politically correct things (which won't help you).

Remember: you are in direct, unspoken competition with the men around you, for the women, all the time, whether you are aware of it or not. Because the women are out there watching, and talking about us, and comparing, and ranking, the exact same way we men do. (e.g. the classic 1-10 female "hotness" ranking system)

The way to win? GET IN THE GAME and start empowering yourself. Start working out, get the best job you can, and start TAKING MORE RISKS. That is the ONLY way to achieve that magic "confidence" thing you always hear about...

It's true that men with broad-shoulders, narrow hips and a power-drivin' *** do get a girl's heart racing. If he has money, fame, success, etc. that's just icing on the cake. That said....let me assure you (and CM) that all those "attributes" are not what most females are looking for. The basics are what I listed. All the stuff you listed is "extras". Nice but not really necessary. There are, of course, exceptions to the "most females" such as the narcissist who knows she's hot and loves the sexual power of her youth and beauty. There's the money-grubbing gold-digger who is sleeping her way to the top of whatever heap she finds to be in her comfort zone. There's the femme fatale who is ambitious, ruthless, gorgeous in a "look but don't touch" sort of way who will not deign to speak to any guy with less rank than "Ambassador". There are guy equivalents to all these female titles but you get the idea.
Once and for all: it's NOT the size of the wand. It's the magic in it. Got it? Self-confidence is very sexy. Good (not overdone) hygiene is important. In other words, sweat is fine as long as your hands are clean and your teeth are brushed. Guys get cuter the more you like them. I've seen a lot of gorgeous women with some of the homliest guys and they'll say, "I know he's not cute to most people but he's cute to me." And they mean it. (You'll never hear a man say the same about a woman)

ps millerman, the "2 minute" statement you made is true but it wouldn't NEED to be if men spent some time on foreplay. Women don't take any longer than men to achieve their common goal, they just require motivation. And when it comes to foreplay, if you want "push button control", get a microwave.
