how do one remove mindblocks?(shields)?

I dont know much about Blocks ect

But i think it will be in your mind (Due to if you died then the shield wouldnt be active)

Just believe (and i mean believe as in its gone, no questions asked then your mind will make it real and gone) its gone or visualise that it is being destroyed/taken down from the inside
