Why we give a shaite? I can't speek for others than my self, but my stand is clear. I hate such crimes as those described. But what I hate even more is the thought of someone being accused of such things when they may be innocent. It's stupid of Michael Jackson to have children sleeping in his bed. And it is stupid of parents to let their children sleep in grown men's beds. And it's stupid to make up your mind in a case before the law has spoken and before the accused has had the chance to explain himself. Before both sides has plead their case and all available proofs have been examined by experts. One beautiful day crimes like these will be impossible to commit. Until then we have to trust our legal system. You would understand this the day you are falsely accused of something. Treat others like you hope to be treated yourself. It's very simple. You don't even have to be a Christian to understand that. I wouldn't wish even for my worst enemy to be treated unfairly. And what is going on here is unfair!

Sorry but this may have been brought up in this thread already but do people realize who is making the allegations against Jacko - the kid that was front and centre in Bashir's documentary on Jackson that came out earlier this year.

I knew when I watched this program that that kid would watch this and later on say to himself, WTF am I doing! I look like some perv toy to the whole world! At that point he likely would want revenge or at least a very profitable ending to all of this. Something tells me that when Jackon agreed to do that so-called special that he wasn't thinking too hard. Nor was anyone around to advise him on his very stupid comments and assertions.

Now that he's strapped for cash, I wondering if he'll be able to buy his way out of this one...Maybe sell Neverland or something.. I keep wondering what ever happened to his chimp, Bubbles???

A chimpansee isn't a very smart choice in pets. They often become extremely violent, and even a chimp puppy or whatever you would call a child chimp could easily brake a grown man's neck with one single punch. And concidering that MJ is or atleast was surrounded by children all the time, would make this even more dangerous. It could easily have tilted and started a rampage, killing everyone that came in his way. They are very cute, but don't be fooled by their looks. Their temper and disposition is not compatible with humans at all. We are their natural enemies. They are natural born killers. Equipped to be able to defend their territory incredibly efficiently against predators and competitors of their own kind. That it's even legal to keep them as pets shocks me.

Somethings not right here. As more info is coming out about the victim, and his family, it's looking stranger and stranger. The boy was arrested for shoplifting, then the mother sued saying they abused him and it was settled for "over 100 thousand dollars". The dad was charged with abusing him and pleaded no contest, now he wants custody. Now MJ is going to be charged with sexually abusing him. Either this kid has the worst luck in the world, or somebody likes to cry abuse and sue people.

Please. Michael Jackson got himself into this mess. He is a 40-something year-old man-child whose never heard the word NO. Cry me a river.

I am currently awaiting a trial where this woman said I fingered her against her will in a bar, but I was on the other side of a big table, I have two witnesses, and I didn't even touch her. I stole a cigarette butt from her that's all. I know how It can feel to be falsely accused. How shameful it is and how diabolic it indeed is. I just hope that she regrets before the case ends in trial, but I'm afraid it looks like it's the other way around. Too bad to waste trial time for such. She will naturally be prooven guilty of perjury, lying to the copps and all of that. I hope she goes down of course, but, just thus far that she understands what she has done and has currage to come over and ask forgiveness, which she will get of course, but not until she humbles herself and admits her folly.

Blesings,

i will keep you in my thoughts....please be careful ,things can and do go terribly wrong! i believe your innocense as i did my very own brothers, yet he did time for a crime that he simply did not or could not have done.............

and...should be in jail for what they did. A personal story...I have two relatives...one who sexually abused his own daughter...threatened me with suing me for slander if I ever told on him...and another who was abused by his own father...and the father is a very rich and powerful man...and very evil. Anyone who can do such atrocities should be put in jail and let their cell/block mates do the same to them. Plain and simple...you do the crime...you do the time. MJ has put out excellent albums and videos and has been in the limelight for many years...he should have kept a much lower profile with his private life. If allegations should be disproved in court...then maybe he should counter sue for slander....and if the allegations are true....may "Bubba" teach him a lesson.

Just let the law do it's job. It is important that you keep your hate in bonds towards these evil men and women(!) who abuse the children of God. But don't let the Enemy fool you into persecuting the innocent and the pure. I'm not saying Jacko is innocent, neither do I say he is guilty. But I fear that this trial will be unfair no matter how it is done. If he is guilty of the charges, or guilty of anything like it, God has seen it. Just hope that the judges and the jury will be rightious, and that any lie presented may be reveiled. Amen!

Yes I'm prepared to go to jail, but I know the Holy Spirit will deliver me in that courtroom, my councellor is the Holy Spirit, and as certain as God is God, I will have my victory, no matter what.

I have seen on the TV that the plane jackson that flew him to his arrest, was bugged with miniture camera.

The company that runs the plane did it and now they are trying to sell the film they made to the highest bidder.

That is the lowest thing I have heard in ages, no matter what Jackson's crime is. I hope those guys go bankrupt from people avoiding their services.

I don't have a link, sorry...

Indeed, that's sad, that there's a price put on it. They could rather present it in court if it contains a truth or two.

Well, about time that I stepped in on this matter

If MJ is convicted, the max penalty he could get would be the death sentence. Amazingly, that is not out of reach if he is found guilty. MJ seriously needs help. Physcological, physical, everything. He has put the child's family and the child through so much pain, it is unreal. So sad...stay tuned for updates

how easy do you think it will be to get an unbiased jury for his trial?
