Most 'caucasian' children, at birth, have blonde hair and blue eyes. The colors change over time though. The pigment of the eyes reacts with light and changes markedly over time in fact.

So I don't think we can say that kids with blonde hair and blue eyes are aliens, at least, not without saying that there are millions of aliens on earth.

There is MUCH evidence to support this. The truth be told IMHO as well as many others, the gods had blonde or red hair, were very tall and had blue/green eyes. Its all over the place, even in video games and disney movies/anime, but thats another thread. Think about some legends, Dracula ( like draconi ) slept in a sarcophogus and came out at night? The sun hurt him? Very white? 1957: THE VILLAS BOAS CASE
October 15 was the fortieth anniversary of the abduction of Antonio Villas Boas, then aged 23, from his farm on the outskirts of Sao Francisco de Sales, Minas Gerais state, Brazil.
It began in early October 1957 when Antonio and his brother were awakened at 3 a.m. by an intense white light streaming through their bedroom window.
Then, the night of October 14, while they were plowing their field, they "saw a ball of red light hovering 300 feet (92 meters) above the field." As Antonio approached the UFO, "it evaded him at high speed. Villas Boas chased it across the field. He gave up after 20 attempts" to reach the object.
The same UFO appeared again the following night, October 15, 1957. "Villas Boas lost his enthusiasm of the previous night to catch up with the object and considered making a getaway in his tractor. He was not successful."
"The object landed some 40 feet (12 meters) in front of him on three metallic legs; it was an egg-shaped craft with a rotating dome."
Fleeing the tractor, Antonio was chased and caught "by five entities" who "carried him aboard. The entities wore grey tight-fitting suits and helmets which revealed only their small blue eyes. From the helmets, tubes ran into their clothes at the back and neck."
Confined in a small compartment on the UFO, Antonio was forcibly stripped of his clothes, and a blood sample was taken from him. For an hour, he sat in the room, as pipes wafted a sour-smelling "smoke" which "made him feel sick."
Suddenly, the door zipped open, and there stood an alien humanoid female with "blonde hair, pale skin, large blue slanted eyes, reduced lips, nose, ears and high flat cheekbones that gave the impression of a sharply pointed chin." He reported, "She was looking at me all the while as if she wanted something from me." Which turned out to be the mother of all understatements.
Following two sexual events, the alien female departed, and the other occupants took a sperm sample from Antonio. He was then dropped from the UFO in a deserted field not far from Sao Francisco de Sales. Genetic Engineering of Homo Sapiens
According to Sitchin, while the Anunnaki production of gold was increased by mining in South Africa, so was the physical effort to extract it. After continuous day and night gold mining for a period of 150,000 years (450,000-300,000BC), the South African Anunnaki mine workers revolted. The mutiny was resolved through the intercession of the brother/sister gods of the Anunnaki named Enki and Ninharsag by genetically engineering an African apewoman to create a replacement laborer. After considerable trial and error, according to the Summerian story, a suitable hybrid worker was developed. Capable of gene manipulation technology, the Anunnaki implanted the apewoman's egg into surrogate Anunnaki maidens. This early hybrid could not sexually reproduce, but at a later time, some of these hybrids (referred to as black heads or black haired in Sumerian tablets) were moved from Africa to a place the Sumerians called E.DIN in Mesopotamia and further engineered to be able to sexually reproduce. Some considerable time later, some of the Anunnaki (including royalty ) began to mate with human females. It's noted in the Bible: "That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose." Genesis 6:2. Offspring of this union were referred to as Men of Renown or Demigods (.Biblical ref.: "when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." Genesis 6:4).
The Zetas, on the other hand, have indicated that the Anunnaki genetic contribution to the human gene pool was a minor one at best. They state that man was gentically 'upgraded' at different times by different aliens groups and that while the Anunnaki genetically 'tinkered' with man, they were not the creators of homo sapiens per se. The physical effect of these upgrades is most obvious in the appearance of the human brain which has 3 discreet sections or regions: the lower reptilian brain (Medulla), the middle brain (Cerebellum) the upper brain (Cortex). Other mammals have a single, unified brain design. In addition, the anthropological evidence of the sudden flourishing of advanced civilizations such as Sumeria which followed a long period of decline can only be rationally reconciled by the recognition of some sort of 'boost' that placed man back on the right track. Most historians (including Sitchin) and anthropologists agree with this conclusion.
According to the Zetas, man as a species already existed when the Anunnaki performed their genetic adjustments to create their hybrid workers. The Zetas further point out that the principal extraterrestrial genetic contributions to the human gene pool came from the Pleiadians, Sirians, and Lyrians [Greys]. Due to that genetic ancestry, it is these alien groups that are having the greatest interactions with humans at this time. It's interesting to note that many human contactees or abductees (E.g. Travis Walton as well as many others) have reported seeing at least one group of aliens, known as Nordics, that look exactly like humans. They are blond, blue eyed and about 7 feet tall.

The Pleiades is a star system which self-proclaimed alien contactee, Eduard Meier from Switzerland declared in the 1960`s was the home of a visiting alien race of blonde-haired, blue-eyed beings which were visiting Earth, and in particular, visiting him. These beings were often related to as the `Nordics`. But Meier is not the only contactee to report these beings. Adamski also described these people in the years preceding Meier`s testimonies, but he claimed these people were in fact from Venus (which at the time was not known to be inhabitable). While ethereal man was evolving in Hyperborea, Lemuria, and Atlantis, physical man was also evolving.

Known by other names including Kon Tiki and Tunupa, he was said to have been a bearded, blue-eyed, white man of large stature. A teacher and a healer, a miracle worker and an astronomer, Viracocha is also credited with introducing agriculture, writing, and metallurgy.

This man was Viracocha.
Thunupa appeared on the Altiplano in ancient times, coming from the north with five disciples. A white man of august presence, blue-eyed and bearded, he was sober without headgear, puritanical and preached against drunkenness, polygamy and war.

Azerbaijan (Almost like alderbaran. Sal edit) as Spreading Center of Caucasians, not Europe
This would mean that Azerbaijan and not northern Europe was the spreading center of the Caucasian people buried in northwestern China some 4,000 years ago and now discovered by Chinese archaeologists who theorize that they came from northern Europe because they were tall, blond, blue-eyed and with Caucasian features. According to modern scholars in Azerbaijan, there used to be a strong blond and fair-skinned element in the aboriginal Azeri population, as illustrated by the stone-age hunters at the Gobustan Museum. Subsequent invasions by Romans and Arabs have somewhat modified the original Azeri type. 

As to the remarkably high level of culture evinced by the 4,000 year old mummies in China, no people in Northern Europe had reached a corresponding cultural level at that early time. But the merchants of Azerbaijan could have, due to their long-range trade by skin-boats with Babylonia.

The fact is, and this will be mainstream knowledge within the next 30 years, I would estimate, humans were originally blonde haired and blue eyes, with some red haired and green eyed people. This was actually in a totally different star system, which no longer exists, in the direction of Lyrae.

In short the Annunaki can visit, but not stay without causing them ill effect over a short period of time. It has been said that certain humans can gain Annunaki lifetimes by moving to that culture but a price is paid which is unclear. We human/annunaki move out 30 times faster in thought and deed when focused on something compared to the other system moving in the slow lane because of orbit. The Annunaki admittedly tried to slow us down before to keep us out of space (Babel) and they may well have tried again noting some failures we have had around Mars regarding certain probes. In any case the last word we had was Earth was to be isolated under its own dominion but the gold was for the Annunaki upon request and most likely it will take the form of trade. This agreement was with Noah, the special blue eyed blond haired son of Adam's line. The Sumarians noted there were also Annunaki on the Ark as crew to navigate. It was the Egyptians who made the point there were many floods in the history of man, to Herodidus when he visited Egypt. The floods of 6800 BC finished the gods off as far a patient attitude towards Earth was concerned.

Meanwhile from the old carvings and pictures of possible ET life mankind has put down, the Annunaki were watching the skies very closely themselves. It was said they had the entire planet Earth well under surveillance as they had their own system protected around Nibiru. They were paranoid about someone or something else visiting Earth and had a very high tech advanced warning system installed as they had around their own planetary system. They had a continually orbiting mother ship holding a crew of 900. A special fleet or ore carriers, then pure gold transporters, plied the skies at certain intervals using lifting technology much as what we use today. At some point they switched to a new generation of ships using quieter possible magnetic gravitational fields and no longer thundered to the sky. The Annunaki were on Earth for over 436,000 years we know of based on Sumarian records, and had a good engineering program looking back on it.

So you know to look for a person who looks human when checking for Annunaki, but we have another little problem which compounds the mess, and that is ancient man recorded others who look like us coming from an outside star source. Somehow the biped form seems to have gotten around since we seem to be all cousins, some from the Orion's Belt in retrospect. They also are reputed to be blue eyed blonds in general, with some red/brown heads also around by those who claim abduction by them or speaking to them in view of their ships. That means an off world person could look like anyone in general since I am sure they have plastic surgeons for minor adjustments also.

Spanish Conquistadores
Due to the anxiousness with which they were awaiting the return of this White God, the natives mistakenly supposed that with the arrival of the Spaniards in America, this promise was fulfilled (see Honore, p. 17). A similar event took place in the Hawaiian Islands with the arrival of Captain James Cook. These historical events serve to strengthen the evidence supporting the reality of the White God.
When the Spanish Conquistadores reached South America, one of Pizzaro's lieutenants strode ashore...
Natives on the shore watched him in amazement He was a white man! As Pedro de Candia strode toward them, they knelt before him and began to say "Viracocha, Viracocha." It puzzled the gallant Pedro. Cortez
Hernando Cortez was likewise believed to be the returning White God as he came to Mexico in 1520. When the coastal natives saw that he was white with blue eyes, a leader among his men, and that he came in a large ship with white sails, they conjectured that the Great White God had arrived.

According to the Cayce readings, Ra Ta was an early incarnation of Cayce in Egypt at 10,500 BC, and the context from Rueckert / LL Research’s work makes it clear that Ra had provided direct assistance to Ra-Ta at that time. The following story, derived from the Cayce Readings, is predominantly summarized from the book by W.H. Let's see if I can shed some light on the topic.
1. There ARE Nordic ETs. I may have seen some of them once. Most of my experiences have been with Greys.
2. It was Hitler who took the idea of Nordics being a Master Race. He idolized the Nordics. He used that concept to get rid of anyone who didn't fit the pedigree of "Nordic", even though he himself had dark hair. (He did OTHER paranormal stuff, too.)
3. It would be easy to fall into the trap of LIKING the ETs who look like humans, and hating the ETs who DON'T look like us. (Greys, "Reps", etc.)
4. In a matter of weeks, it won't matter what anyone looks like, if my situation goes public. I have been changed racially. I have been Black and White in the same lifetime! Some people must be upset. There have been several attempts on my life.
5. People who WANT to keep hatred alive will use these Nordic ETs as a reason to do "ethnic cleasing". MY situation makes that impossible. If people can have a color change like getting a nose job, racial lines disappear. No wars. NO MONEY BEING MADE FROM WARS!

No, its not a matter of melanin kicking in. Its a matter of the chemicals in the eye the conotrol colour being exposed to light and being changed. Like paint on a wall becomes changed when exposed to light, remove a picture thats been up for a while, and the paint underneath is a different colour. Because babies develop in the womb, in the dark, their eyes haven't been exposed to light.

Eye colour isn't determined by a single gene or by a simply system that is 'recessive' or 'dominant'.

i really don't think the term 'alien' meant extraterrestial in the case of children with blond-hair & blue-eyes.
