Project "ATS Dark Matter" -- The Evolution Continues...

The only complaint I have is the color of the hyperlinks.

I have Red-Green colorvision, and distinguishing shades of yellow is difficult at best, and impossible in some scenarios.

It would be much better imo, if the hyperlinks were a bit more different than the normal text color.

Why is it that some pages have :

Board Home Top Page etc etc


and others don't?

One more annoyance I noticed. In the "ATS Big Thread" banner, some of the text is not legible. I am using the "Dark" theme, and this is what I see:

Yes!! Looks much better!!

I just tried it with the "light" setting; with that setting it is the regular old brownish color. But that's okay, I guess.

There is one thing I've noticed, but I don't know if it can be changed.

When I am looking at the names of people without dark avatars, the text is white on light gray:



Pretty hard to read, particularly during the day when there is more natural light shining on the monitor. Just an FYI

I'd like to make a suggestion.

I think the "threads active in the last minute" thing should come
back.

I think it was a good thing, that allowed members to see a more
diverse array of topics.

Without it, a member has to go to ever forum section on all three
sites to see if there are any interesting sites, and because of that
less threads will end up being seen by lots of members.

Ya, this is the thing I noticed. At first I thought it was just constrained to PTS pages, then I noticed that there were pages without the bottom toolbar in BTS as well.

Now my theory is that threads with less than 10 posts don't get the bottom toolbar. Perhaps you can verify this. Or the admin could.

I checked several threads now, haven't seen it yet.

Only credits and some links for top of page, T&C and such.

Well I'm one of the elder slightly visual impaired members, among the 26% who have to stick to the light option and I just checked one last time, incidently highlighting the bottom area - and there it was, in exactly the same color as the background, totally invisible.

For convenience - even we're a minority - couldn't we please have it changed. Thank You!

Looks that way to me, too. Then again with so few posts, it's not that far to scroll up to the top.

I just noticed a couple of threads with less than 5 posts that have the bottom toolbar in them. You can see for yourself (the Intro forum).

So I have a new theory -- perhaps it's the subforums, some of them got the toolbar working, some don't. It could even be the forum groups. I really don't know...

I've noticed something that I thought I should point out.

On many threads, the backround color of posters get's
changed to the background color of the a user who has
a custom color for several posts.

I would like the "active topics" links on the frontpage to be a lighter color.. With just a minimum amount of backllight, they become VERY hard to read!

Just a minor bug, and it's probably already been mentioned, but the new "Survival" forum mini-piccy link is broken in the "Recent Posts", and the red-X box is there instead of a picture.

Reply to a post, an Edit box opens up. Click on the globe that means "Insert Hyperlink".

The boxes that ask you what name it should have and the url are __________ .

What do I mean, _________ ?

I mean they are invisible, regardless of which customization you use.
