I'm leaning toward "The Terror Conspiracy" by Jim Marrs . I've seen him in interviews and he seems like he'd be a fairly coherent read.

But I'm open to suggestions.

I was leaning toward that too. I've read so much on the attacks but that book has a different slant I'm sure.
