THERE’S AN ongoing debate about the powers and realities of the Ouija board. Essentially, there are three basic positions:

* It is inherently dangerous, can open portals to evil entities and should never be used.

* It is only dangerous if used with evil intent, but can be a useful tool for spirit mediumship if used properly and with good intent.

* It is inherently harmless and has no real powers of mediumship for good or evil; its effects, if any, are only psychological in nature.

Which is true? Talk to any group of people and you’ll find strong proponents for each argument. A few years ago, I conducted a survey of readers on this subject. It results showed that 65 percent of those who responded felt the Ouija was dangerous, and 35% felt it was harmless.

As the article points out, even most of your parapsychologists suggest that you not mess with it. I have had limited experience with it,mostly in my teens, so I can't really give an opinion about it.

I do think that there is reason to believe that lower astral entities tend to communicate through this method. I am not real keen on the idea of taking a board out, unlike some other people I have known, to a cemetary and "see" what happens.

I beleive it works from experiance, but I beleive you will only get an evil entity if they happen to be around, I dont think it opens gateways to hell as I have never experianced any evil activities after I used one.

I happen to be one of those that thinks it really depends on intent. I mean, a lot of your youngsters are prone to be attacked by "evil" influences when using the board because they think "evil" is "cool" or whatever. However, I don't think that someone who is really earnest in what he/she is trying to do is as likely to come under the influence of lower astral powers.

My aunt told me a ouija board experience when i was young.She and my cousins were using the board in my cousins house when they were contacted by 2 spirits who called themselves"THE SOULS OF THE UNBORN"And begged 4 the grp.2 pray 4 them as they were trapped in limbo.When my cousins parents got home and were told what happened they freaked!The mother had 2 miscarriages but never told my cousins>>

of that.They being regular church attending catholics believe that no one can enter heaven without having completed the sacraments.The first being BAPTISM.As These 2 souls died before that the family believes that they are in purgatory and can only be freed by mortal prayers...

All major religions are supported by some form of paranormal activity.
And,
much of the paranormal activity does show psychological support for religions!

For those people that take the time to continuely research cases, claims, and documented materials, they can see the reality and true significance of what I say in every one of my postings.
All major religions were created by the interdimensional aliens. They can also see us from the other dimensions. In a more distant past, they also created the human species out of DNA munipulation and combination of primates and various aliens. Only primates have the human A, B, AB, or O blood types.

The Ouji board is very dangerous. I know this from my sisters experience with one. Not to mention my friend. My sister went to this sleep over at her friends house, they thought they would have fun with an ouji board. Everyone was seriously into it and noone was joking around. As they started to use it they were fooling around and trying to contact somebody. After a while of conentrating the planchette moved by itself, although their hands were on it, they swore it wasn't them.

It was a malevolent spirit who told them that she had died on the highway. Things started to get really freaky for them, and my sister wanted out, so did the rest of her friends, so they moved the planchette to "GOOD BYE" and the spirit then spelled out "HELL" "REVENGE" . At that time everyone got really scared and stopped right away, but the planchette was still moving by itself. Everyone was crying and freaking out because they all promised it wasn't them. My sister called my mom in tears so she picked her up. To this day my sister never wants to see one of those boards again, or use one. She gets freaked out by ghosts, and other spiritual things.

The OUJI BOARD IS NOT A "GAME" I repeat. It is a very spiritual board in which you really have to be careful because you could end up having a bad experience.

That being said, my other sister had an experience which left a scar. She wanted to know who would be the next person to die in her school. The board spelled out "CHRISTINA" A couple months later CHRISTINA died. I forgot what from since I haven't talked ot her about it. My family doesn't like to talk about these kinds of things, except for my other sister, the one who had the spirit board experience.

Anyways...

The board is a portal for both GOOD and BAD spirits. not directly on the board, but you open yourself to those things when using it. The bad spirits called "Dark Entities" can easily pretend to be someone else and talk to you through the planchette. Sometimes you get alien entities as well.. it is because we are in a different demension, though as sci-fi as it sounds, that's what it is. If you are going to use one, which I highly don't reccommend. You better protect yourself in however you do it. Whether it's by holy water, or the father, ot however you want. You have got to have some form of protection.

Ouji boards haven't always been known to cause deaths but there is a possibility. It can happen.

It was first made out of wood, and was used to contact spirits, which is used to do the same thing today. I rebel against the fact that they even made glow in the dark ouji baords and are selling it at " wouldn't you know" K.B TOYS. How rediculous to sell some serious thing like that to a child.

My friend told me something I found to be "far-fetched" Her friend and she were using it and playing with it, just fooling around. Until things got really bad, she didn't tell me or I didn't remember, they broke it in half and threw it in the trash. The next day it was whole again in the trash can.

I'm sorry but I sort of find that story hard to believe in my cases.

Well, that's all I have to say. I've used it before too, but I got bad vibes from it. I gave it back to the store and trust me you are much better without it.

It's simply amazing how you let these Ouija beings freak you out so much. They are doing it on purpose and you let them.

These definetely aren't something to play around with if you know absolutely nothing about it and just want to toy with it because you think it's "cool"...

When I was really little I was staying at my grandmother's house
and she has an extremely big house and my brother invited a bunch of friends over
and there was this girl, she was really creepy looking, and she brought over an Oija board and I knew nothing about it, she started explaining it to me and said she had used it many times before..so I thought nothing of it..
Her and her friends layed it down on the bathroom floor and started saying a bunch of things (faintly remember I was really young) and all I know is it started moving..at first I laughed it off because I thought they were just moving it around the board to scare me...they highlighted a bunch of letters and they let go and it was still moving!!
I got so scared and later on they told me it had spelled out "Grace" which was the girl's mother who had passed away about 5 or so months before that!

They have scared me ever since...but anything out of the ordinary just sparks my interest so much I can't resist...

Has anyone else had things like this happen to them?
I thought it was a bit odd...and maybe I was just little and wanting to believe it was moving just to scare myself...

I've never done a ouiji board so I can't say if it works or not, but to me it just seems silly, I mean do these ghosts fly about looking for people who have ouiji boards and think, "right we can talk to them, they've just bought a ouiji board"

Why do you think ghosts/aliens can only use a ouiji board to contact us? If they can move an object to spell out names ona board, then surely they'd be able to move a pencil or a pen on a piece of paper and contact us that way?

Exactly. Too often the "horror" stories about ouija boards are produced by teenagers who go into it thinking that it is a joke. It's not. When something unusual occurs for them,they begin to panic.

They're not spirits of dead people. Their selective appearance clearly indicates that. But, if they are not peoples spirits, then they are beings that lie. So therefore, they are either interdimensional aliens or so called "demons". Here is where people get scared since they still think that these beings are demons and are able to do people "physical" harm because they don't have knowledge of the truth. I have studied alien communication and testimonies from top scientists and do really know how to explain this so called "mystery" despite its vast complexity. The alien's actions and agendas are more directed and deeper into a long term basis than most people can comprehend. They do want people to be controlled with fear. Don't you notice that religions are being used over humans as free will mind control? Don't you notice that Ouija board scare tactics is a way to scare you into believing religion?

I have had some experience with Ouija Boards a few years ago and I shall never use them again. My first time was probably age 9 or 10. But they never worked. I hadn't done one for years and decided to try another at around age 17 with a good friend. We actually did a few over the course of several weeks with mixed results. That was until the final time where the "counter" would not stop moving in random directions. I know my friend wasn't pushing/pulling the counter and I certainly was not.

Everything about that experience just didn't add up and it just felt wrong. We kept our cool and eventually it stopped after a long period of coaxing. And we have never touched a Ouija Board since and quite possibly won't ever again.

Anyway, when I started out as a kid, I treated it as a game and never got results. I slowly started to research it and understand it and that climaxedin the final one I participated in. Whether that has anything to do with it, I don't know.

I'm far from inexperienced in the subject and I know a fair bit about them. And I will forever respect this activity. However, I'll be respecting it from a distance now.

Definitely not something "cool". Definitely not a game! Whether it's dangerousor not I do not know, but I would never say it ISN'T. I'd be more inclined to believe that there could be dangerous properties to the activity.

DO NOT USE AN OUJI BOARD. They are DANGEROUS. PERIOD!

I'd just like to point out something about this.

.... only psychological in nature. Ba humbug!

I'm of the point of view that most paranormal things are psychological in nature, however that's not to imply they are not "real". The psyche is a real thing, so things that effect it are real. They may not be physical but they are real and could be dangerous.

For example the dog telling the Son of Sam to kill was psychological in nature, but it was also dangerous as he went out and shot people because of it.

Thank you for sharing that with us!! I will just add to this by saying, Games like these are games for people who want to play with something they do not understand!! This "game" is dangerous and shouldnt be played around with, As your the one being played!! Its your energy being focus and used by other means that I for one do not understand. I only know it is there.. I can feel it, and its never good!! It will lie to you and say things to make you feel comfortable.. Or even bring energy to you that feels familar, like a past loved one.. When infact its taking what ever shape it needs to fool you into using it... bad vibes!!!

So, you're claiming that no person out there understands Ouija boards. That's very bold statement. I understand much of the psychology behind the alien communication and conspiracy. Just like I've said before, just keep a camcorder rolling and not much will happen. But, why? Because they are aliens. They don't want to show things like that too much.

i have tryed ab ouiji board with my freinds actually i made a thread about it a few months ago and nothing happened to me except my other freinds were winding up one of my freinds whos mum was a spiritualist and really beleived in this stuff and they were winding him up saying they were being possesed and opening portals to hell even though im an atheist and dont beleive in this stuff if people really thing this is dangerous then dont do it if u dont want too im just sayin nothing bad happened to me or my freinds
