what form of govt. do you suggest is the best?

I would have to say, on paper, communism sounds really good. But you get the greedy and power hungry people who always muck it up for everyone (Stalin Mao Zedung)

I venture to say that a democratic government in practice is the best government. Because we all have the rights that we want as long as it pertains to the laws.

communism to start off with (thats the best way for a country to get on its feet) then switch over to a republic

stalinism was a socialist dictatorship, same with mao, not communism

since so much money from citizens are spent in gov't programs it should provide gov't programs for the citizens as well as having a free market...

a democracy but if capitolism is involved and the people reap no benifits the gov't should give to the people some benifit other than more capitol to spend ie..

medical care,education,ownership opportunities of their own life...

some of these ideas have already been implemented yet to do more one would have to 1/2 it across the board for those who are working class...

and those who are working class should be given the proper tools necessary to exit the working class if they so choose...

the capitol would reciprocate throughout the entire infrastructure...
