8/22 is over, but...

Of course "more stuff is coming!" Every week it seems some new prediction of how the world will end in the not to distant future pops up. Then that date comes and goes and a new one comes up. Why people keep believing the lies and living in fear of a date a week, month, year, decade or longer ahead in time is beyond me.

Maybe we could all agree that the next image best says it all;

I don't know if I really though something would happen yesturday, I mean every one was expecting something, to do it is sort of admitting it. I was woken up about 10:10 am this morning from a series of jets taking off from Wright Patt Air Base, honestly at first I was like "Oh #%$&" - because we have no jets here - but in the end I think that really, the media is playing with our nerves! Think about it, we get dumbed down with criminal cases, no more then gossip while event unfold around the world on a day everyone seemed to think something will happen. I think they do it on purpose, to stress people out, to confuse them, to be like "what.. you actually thought something would happen... hahaha.. cute"

You are the one who needs to get the picture. I, and most others, aren't saying the world is going to end. We just think that some major events are going to unfold. Nothing crazy or unreasonable about predicting that.

Everyone who can do nothing but namecall on this forum needs to go back to drinking your kool-aid, watch some rugrats, and spend your time on nickelodean's website, if you can't manage some intelligent conversation among adults.

Wouldn't you love to be a fly on the wall behind the curtain of the "Oh All Powerful Wizzard Of Media?" I too think they are giving us little crap stories to cover something much more sinister! That's how they work

and OH! what do you know!!! terrorists, plots, nuke threats..etc...

suddenly its on the news again, and actually getting some coverage. granted john karr's disgusting life is still being shown, but all those stories we thought should have been given some coverage on the 22, are suddenly getting a bunch of coverage now.


its really getting to the point, where if i hear another date, or plot, im not going to give it any thought until the nuke can be seen over my house. and i wonder if that is the point lets get them scared and all worked up a couple times, until they are completely immune, and no longer care. and then BAM! one of those little government warnings or media doomsday stories actually happen, and we are all so in complete disaray and unprepared, that we blindly follow orders, because we are in such need of direction. i'm not saying that i dont think iran is a threat, or that i think the gov was behind 9/11, but i dont think any side is fully innocent where the government is concerned, and im tired of being f'd with.

Seemingly, only the American media is being vague and unimportant whereas every other country ( I have a lot of international channels) is providing us with news that you'd never hear about on the US networks.
Here's another thing I noticed. That annoying ticker on the bottom of CNN, rather than showing worthwhile content is just repeating entertainment/sports/minor news. Does anybody even pay attention to that thing anymore?

Ok, here's the point. The major news networks all deliberately threw all of this attention at John Karr and every move he made despite major developments with Iran, and, potentially, an attack, terrorist or by Iran or North Korea. We can sit here and say oh see nothing happened that's why they didn't cover it. But you have to look at it from the view point you had before August 22nd. We can all sit and say nothing happened and we knew it here after August 22nd has passed. Yeah we're real experts after we see nothing happened. But before August 22nd, we didn't know what was going to happen. Nobody knew for sure. All we knew was Iran set a deadline from themselves on a religious date. We know their radical nuts. And their holding large scale military exercises. What does that look like to you? Maybe their gearing up for something? Maybe their messing with us? Either way, you can't dismiss it. And that's what the news networks did. They intentionally dismissed it and pounded it in our heads every single thing about John Karr. WE DONT CARE!!! They were purposely hiding it. Were they hiding something? Were they just doing it to aggrivate us cause they knew we waned to see stuff having to do with Iran? I don't know. But I do know it was one of them.

As for the end of the world dates. You can't dismiss anything. Like I said..you can sit there NOW and say oh look nothing happened. But that doesn't mean nothing ever will. It's going to keep happening and you people are going to keep saying nothing will happen nothing will happen then it's going to catch you off guard one day and there'll be nothing you can do about it. Never dismiss a threat, especially now.

If i recall, the 8/22 doesnt say the World will end, but the signs would start to appear.correct?

and speaking of the media, i cannot remember the last time i heard something postive by a media outlet

I am new here to the message board! Having been an on and off reader for the past 6 years or so. I am up to speed on much of the world events and who is REALLY behind it all. Anyway, my take on what is currently happening is shocking. I would like your input on this. Starting with the terror plot that was uncovered 2 weeks ago surrounding a so-called "liquid bomb", I was not sold. I see a ramping up of their agenda of fear with all these fake terror plot "busts". I also have been seeing a lot of specials on CNN and Discovery on 9/11, Flight 93, the Pentagon and even TWA 800. They replay the same shows many times per week starting about 3 weeks ago. Also, is it a coincidence that the ONLY liquid they did allow on flights after the plot was discovered was then implicated the WEEK AFTER in a "plot" involving a set of parents who had made a bomb out of the baby formula??? Come on guys, who writes this stuff? Are the masses so dumbed-down that they believe this crap?

Alex Jones has predicted 9/11 2 months before it happen. Now again, he is predicting a "bone crushing" terror attack within the next few months "by mid-October" of this year. This is the second time he has come out with a prediction. I am concerned about this. I see the media ramping up the specials on 9/11 and terrorists and the ramping up of progaganda (chips, O'Reilly demonizing Judge Taylor for ruling NSA wiretapping illegal, more secret arrests, Bush's comments about "protecting" us with the Patriot Act. Do you think this is significant? Please reply here folks. Thank you.

What about this Jon Benet suspect? 5 plus years and not a word in the news, then all of a sudden just when a lot of terror plots are discovered around the world, thern we get this sudden arrest? I agree, they are all talking about this a lot in the media and devoting a lot of time on it. A deversion?

I absolutely agree. Everything that goes on now in the media is either brainwashing or a diversion, for example how about that headline for Christiane Amanpour's Bin Laden special"Know Your Enemy", know your enemy?? it's not only on CNN but on other channels as well. Who are they kidding??
