I vote yes on this. Maybe somebody would then be able to explain what a low rider is and why my 1981 Monte Carlo is considered great for that.

This is a pimped out lowrider.

That's why people like them I believe, easy to modify. They look sweet when all painted up with a custom job too.

It is also great for those in the Criminal Justice System, cause we can't afford new ones!!!
