Another Sanity Rule

To make judging easier, I add the following "sanity" rule:

9. The winning entry must be listed in alphabetical order by forum, and the forum titles and FSME names must be exactly correct. Spelling counts.

Example:

Breaking Political News: FSME name
Canadian Politics: FSME name
Candidate Advocacy: FSME name
etc.

P.S. This is another hint. Those are the first three forums on my master FSME list.

When you say 100% correct are you counting capitalization?

Ex: correct lists contain "SminkeyPinkey" instead of "sminkeypinkey".

Also what if they are the first with the 17 correct, but have extras too? Would that still be a "1st place"?
