Hi John,
I would like to pick your brain about a question I have so here it is:

There is a book call "Above Black", in the book it describes in detail
about how humans where biological altered in the womb to be able to
communicate with aliens when they where 25 or older via some advanced
electronics. The book describes a first generation communicate with
Aliens via this advanced electronics. This happened in 1963 for this
first generation of people.

Do you think its possible that later generations would have the ability
to communicate on the same level with the aliens without using this
method.

It just seems to me way to complicated for simple communications to
happen this way.

Thanks In advance for you answer and advice.

Aliens don't need to biologically alter anybody to communicate with us. They communicate by mental telepathy and thats how we communicate back. We don't have to learn how. They just read our thoughts. I haven't read "Above Black" so I can't comment on it. But the 1963 figure sounds a little suspicious as aliens have been messing with us for thousands of years.

Just ran across this post:
www.abovetopsecret.com...

In the video of, I believe, William Cooper, he mentions your name about 3/4 of the way through.
Do you know this guy? Do you believe along the same lines as him?

Wow, I honestly am on the edge of my seat awaiting John's response to this!

Why?

Well, I want to say this much. I've read all of the "conspiracy" books that I can get my hands on, from Rodney Stich's very well-footnoted Defrauding America, to Behold a Pale Horse, to Enroute to Global Occupation (by Kah, I believe), to Black Helicopters Over America.

While I am nobody special in the grand scheme of things, I've seen/heard my fair share of interesting things during my service in the National Guard, overheard little things here and there, put pieces of the puzzle together and drawn conclusions, etc. And also to a much smaller extent while working in municipal law enforcement. Trust me, I am a skeptic first and foremost, and it takes a LOT of facts, or an unimpeachably reliable source, to convince me of things. I consider myself to have a darn sharp sense of "signal to noise ratio" and "Bravo Sierra detector" built in.

Now I come to my point...out of every single book, article, online commentary, etc etc etc. that I have read, the #1 thing that absolutely screams in my conscience as being closest to the truth, is Behold a Pale Horse.

Think what you want, argue as you will, but from my personal experience, what little validated facts I can put together involving some sort of NWO/long-term conspiracy, are most accurately depicted in Cooper's book.

And so I await John's response with baited breath...

William Cooper may have been right about alot of things, but he was certainly misguided on others. The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, for example, is nothing more than a anti-Semitic hoax document. Alternative 3 was also a hoax, fictional at best. I'm sure Mr. Lear will bring the O.H. Krill subject to light, as well.

The problem with a 'universal conspiracy theory' that interlinks everything suspicious into one big fantastic tale is just that; a fantastic tale that really doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Cooper seemed to think there was only one conspiracy, and all of the smaller ones were connected to the big picture. David Icke has the same method. Bigfoot, Aliens, and some shadowy secret occult power group all sitting down and making plans to confound those with nothing else to do seems rather improbable, doesn't it? I mean, I enjoyed the X-files too, and have belief in a lot of these sort of things, but I don't see a viable connection from the Chuppacabra to the Bohemian Grove, unless one participates in completely fictional speculation.

John,
If you were offered the ability to communicate with aliens of a friendly species would you except the offer if you knew that once you had contact you would never be the same? You see you would soon discover the secret that you so truly believe in that the world is nothing but sugar coating and that right below the surface is the real deal.

You see once contact has been established you unlock abilities that have been dormant for your entire life, it just takes a meeting to bring them out. You and all of humanity need to learn your jobs.

There is no more time to return to the soul collector, now is the most exciting time to be alive.

Thanks

AA

First the idea of a soul collector I have heard of from John saying its on the moon, and from scientology saying its on Jupiter.
Assuming that we have a thing called a soul (big assumption as if we are not aware of it, what good will it do us even it if exist as it does not really seem part of us in our day to day life), but assuming there is...this really is a horrible idea. (collecting souls) But can be expected as much by someone who wants to maintain control over people.

Also, if the idea is that the soul collector is for our good...well not really, if we keep coming back and not remembering jack squat from our past lives...

dAlen,

Your question almost tempts me to start a website so that I could refer questions like yours. I have answered this question so many times, but no, no website. So here goes again.

In the early winter of 1988 I was posting on the Paranet Forum about aliens and UFO's and Bill Cooper came on and said that he could vouch for much of my material having been in the Navy and been involved in classified briefings.

I invited Bill up to Las Vegas and we exchanged information and became good friends.

He told me that he had been a desk jockey at Pearl Harbor and prepared for the incoming briefing for Flag Rank officers coming into the Pacific Command. The incoming briefing including extensive briefings on UFO’s and aliens. Bill said he had a key to the safe which had those documents inside. He also said that part of his duties were to set up the movie projector with film of UFO’s etc. He claimed that he copied all the briefings but they were all lost in a fire in a garage in Los Angeles many years prior.

I asked Bill to do a George Knapp “On the Record” TV program with me, one of the 3 that I did with George.

Later that year or possibly the next Bill and I were interviewed by the TV news magazine, “PM Magazine” out of Salt Lake City. During this interview which was filmed in my den, Bill made the statement that while in the Navy he had seen the “Krill Papers” and the “Excalibur Document”.

After the camera shut off for a break I hustled Bill out into the living room and told him that what he said was impossible as the “Krill Papers” had been written by John Grace several months earlier and the “Excalibur Document” about an earth penetrating bomb had been written by Bob Lazar a couple of weeks prior to this interview. Both of those I had shown to Bill before the interview.

I felt that Bill had succumbed to UFO disease. UFO disease is a disease you get when you run out of real information but you enjoy the limelight so much that you start making it up.

Bill and I gradually parted company and later he wrote his book.

Bill at one point said that I was a disinformant working directly for the CIA or MJ12 or whatever.

A few years before he was shot to death he called me and apologized and said that he understood that we were both working for the same thing, the Truth.

Bill, his wife Annie and their daughter spent many days with me at my home in Las Vegas. A lot of Bill’s information was correct but a lot was not correct and a lot was speculation.

He was correct about his information on the moon for instance.

Bill went from a desk jockey who set up a projector for UFO briefings for Flag Rank Officers coming into the Pacific Command to “Top Naval Intelligence Officer” in about 3 years. His “UFO” disease was terminal.

UFO disease- perfectly explained...

and it now explains how so much of what Bill said was true, but slightly off from what we hear consistantly...

I have a question John.

What do you think of Allen Hynek? Is he trustworthy? Is there still suspicion, that he works for his original masters?

It could explain alot regarding lack of disclosure, if he did...
I realize that it may be poor form to comment on a still living person in thread, so feel free to U2u the answer, and we can just pretend i never asked it...

thank you.

J. Allen Hynek was government through and through. He saw the wrecks, he saw the bodies. He saw it all.

My apologies about that...thanks for sharing again this info.
Website not a bad idea. Or someone to compile all of your info into a document...that will be some work.

Thanks again, (i havent really paid attention to any of the UFO speakers before, so Bill is new to me, his pics of the moon were interesting and the JFK, though I still couldnt tell if it was a gun the driver was holding...thats another thread though.)

So, TruthMagent lets see if I understand you correctly. It is not useful to discuss my outrageous claims without further discussion? Or is it 'Let's discuss this before we investigate it?" Or how about 'let's investigate whether or not the discussion is worth the investigation'? I am sure there is a truth in there somewheres. Maybe you can enlighten us on the investigation of the discussion? Will we be discussing the claims we are going to investigate if the investigation proves they are worth investigating? If so are we going to limit the investigation to the discussion of the investigation of the claims without discussing the claims themselves? If the discussion becomes too outrageous to investigate does that mean we will then discuss the outrageous discussion of the investigation. You talk about getting wrapped around an axle. Where in the heck do we stand on the investigation/discussion? Thanks.

Hi John,

On earlier pages you say how our souls are sent to a tower on the Moon and many are put back into bodies again on Earth to learn "lessons" e.t.c.

My question is what kind of a lesson is a soul learning when they are put into the body of a retard? Or when they're put into the body of a baby with deformed limbs e.t.c? Do these souls get a say in what vessal they're put into? If they don't then how is it fair to be put in a broken vehical and expect to develope?

Are the bodies made disabled or deformed in order to make the learning process harder? Or is it just an unfortunate natural occurance?

Cheers.

The soul collector and transfer station on the moon is not the only one. There are many here on earth. It depends on the circumstances which one you are sent to.

If you are sent back to earth it is to learn a lesson. If you end up in the body of a retard there is a lesson to be learned. I don't know what that lesson would be. If you end up in the body of a baby without limbs there is a lesson to be learned there too. Nothing, absolutely nothing is fair about this process. And all of this is really speculation.

If I had to speculate about the reasons these things happen I would speculate that in an earlier life you may have chopped off the arms of a person. When you are sent back next time you get to learn how it is to live without arms by being inserted into the body of a baby born without arms.

If you are sent into the body of a retard its possible that in a previous life you may have made a comment to somebody, "you friggin' retard'. Next time on earth you get to learn what it is like to be a "friggin' retard".

Cheers for your quick response John.

My concern comes from whether the soul collecter looks for a suitable 'container' or whether it will actually damage the unborn of a soon to be mother? If it's the latter then surely that is God-like behaviour even though there is no God?

I'm sure Glenn Hoddle is thankful he's not the only one who sees it that way.

Please forgive me, as i have only read about half the pages in this thread, and skimmed the rest... so I may have missed it, BUT

But has anyone mentioned how similar these "soul collectors" are to the Hindu Buddist belief systems, regarding reincarnation?

Seems just a matter of different lingo and origin for the most part...

If that is the case, then maybe this info has been released before in ancient times, but became jumbled with religion as the information evolved, and was passed down...

I also may be wrong here, But isn't ancient hindu history one of the first places that "otherworldly beings" were mentioned...
wars among the gods, so forth...

It is really quite interesting to see the parallels
