I used to get a newsletter on those years ago. One that sounded most interesting was called 'pregneleone' or something similar - I can't find anything about it thesedays. It enhanced the senses acuity. I was going to buy it when they got around to making tabs instead of caps - I avoid things like gelatine and shellac.

Hydergine is one that is related to '___', it encourages the strength of neuronal links, pads out the ganglion cells that protect the neurons.

I don't think I've heard of any govt. research on them but then I haven't looked for that.

I think there's all kinds of stuff the govt has the general public doesn't.

This is one good example. Check this out from an NSA job posting

Your work may also take you into our microelectronics fabrication facility that includes a 20,000-sq.-ft.
"Class 10" clean room. It is here where we are redefining the limits of an array of groundbreaking technologies, everything from electron beam maskmaking and "direct write" wafer lithography, to wafer fabrication and testing, and more.

The NSA has a huge chip fabrication plant at Ft. Meade so they can make anything they want or need.

Someone said how can they stay ahead of Intel or AMD. Well the entire workforce of the NSA is classified so for all we know the top guys at Intel and AMD could be moonlighting for the NSA.
