The link at the bottom does give the 404, but the link Zedd posted works perfect... it may just be an error with the link at the bottom of the page, because other than that it works.

And thanks for the Stat track help... one last question on that, what is the Unique Views for? For "special" people? And a question that wasn't answered, if I want to put other codes in, is where I placed the stat track code the right place for the others?

Yes, that link works now but the link in that page for DontTreadOnMeGarden does not work, just the error message *sigh*

Well I've done my first entry, I feel proud of myself considering I don't know how the thing works.
I have a few questions though.
Could someone please enable comments to be posted without me having to accept them?
Also, is it possible to add a picture to the banner instead of the text? Or replace the banner with a different banner?

Points cannot be transferred between members for several reasons I won't elaborate on here. But they're good reasons.

Alas, we must each earn our own.

It can be done and is done. Pretty rare request, but Jack does meet the requirements.

I have just uploaded some jpegs that I want to use as the background of my blog. I tried to find them, but can't. Which index are they in?

Or am I not loading the files for the blog the right way?

lmao ya know what, i just noticed the archive area and such, i was creating this entire blog from scratch. The search blog button, the categories and everything. lol wow thats a relief...(even though ive just wasted a bunch of time doing all this)

alright so i need some help with this. i cant figure out how to use this stuff, im use to just setting the site up from scratch, but i want the archive bar they have because im too lazy to make my own lol. or at least take theirs then mod it. i have just about everything set up except the archive bar and making it so they can comment on my blog. anyone want to show me how to:
A. make the code for the archives
B. (prefered) show me how to put what ive made onto this, then add the archive and comment page through that.

Mostly i just want to get it set up. once i do that i wont need any help because i can handle the rest. Its just a pain trying to figure out how to get this archive thing set up.

I would like to remove the CATEGORY section in the sidebar of my blog. As a computer illiterate, I am clueless as to how I may accomplish this. I remember seeing a check-box early in the process, but I will be damned if I can get it to show up again.

I have just seen parrhesia's blog and it is wonderful in its set up. I would like to know how to put a banner on top of my blog as well as change the background color using css. I already have a workaround to get the coding that I want (thanks to wecomeinpeace). However, the problem is applying that coding to the Stylesheet and making it show up on the page along with the jpegs and other graphics that I want to display.

Part of it means the uploading of the jpegs (which still by this point I cannot find anywhere on my account). And the other is basically applying the changes on the Stylesheet proper and getting it to be recognized by Moveable type.

I've not only read parrhesia's blog and others that shows that this workaround has taken place.

Would someone please give me a detailed explaination of how this is done to graphically change the blog while keeping some of the default setups in place?
