Let Chinese tell you what is "FaLun Gong"

First of all,I have to make a statement that what I will tell you here is a typical chinese opinion of "FaLun Gong".though I call it "opinion",but I will use every evidence to make the speech credible and veracious.

And this will be a very long speech that I cann't finish it in one day.may be it will take months.I don't know.And I'm a lazy people,I don't know if I have the patience to finish this speech.If you are lucky enough,then you can see the whole story,If you are not,then......whatever.

And before the speech,I think I should answer a few questions,To prevent "FaLun Gong" members or some anti-china people call me "chinese government spy".Though the "FaLun Gong" members have called me "chinese government spy" lots of time on "FaLun Gong" BBS.I don't want it happen again here.

Why I'm doing this?
A:I want to practice my English
B:Lots of Americans didn't know about "FaLun Gong".the only thing they know is that "FaLun Gong" is some kind of meditation group or some kind of political group.And in this speech I will tell you more.
C:I'm bored now,I have get something to do.

I can see those characters, but I don't understand what it is though. In fact I could probably see the characters if it had been Arabic as I have all the language packs installed.

Mate,

To be honest with you, I don't know what Falun Gong is and I will not pretend to know when I dont. All I do know is that I and the majority of the people out there will support Falun Gong no matter what because they seem to be the only ones willing to put up a fight with the totalitarian Communist regime in China when no one else seems to be doing anything about it.

This can only be a good thing!

China's "marshall-law" system of governance is against all human rights, (Im not saying that all the western countries are guilt free of that either) and anyone or any group willing to change the heirachy of China is only doing a good thing for the rest of the world. China is only growing because of the Glabal economy and the west. The west wants products made for as cheap as possibl and China provides the slavour labour and pig-sty conditions to make this possible. Western corporations by the Chinese made products for peanuts and sell them to the rest of us for a huge profit.

If it wasnt for the west, then you guys wouldnt be getting anywhere, and that isn't a good thing either. For by us wanting cheap products, this is enabling you guys to make enormous amount of money, of which no doubt has influenced you countries foreign policy and future foreign policies....

Why do I say this? Because no country in the world would be increasing
its military spending by 14.7% this year to 283.8bn yuan ($35.3bn; £20bn).
and China also said last year's spend was not the $30bn stated but closer to $90bn. Therefore going by those factors, this years budget would be around the $100 billion mark, without some sort of imperial ambition in the Asia Pacific region and without some sort of plan to flex its future musle globally.

Good on Falun Gong, i wish there were more groups out there willing to destabilise the Chinese government, agovernbment who is willing to slaughter innocent civilians at Tianamen Square who only want a free and democratic society in China.

Shame on you for trying to back up the Chinese Government and towing the communist line!

I'm not sure. Has the Falun Gong commited any terror-like activities? If so, then I suppose it is in the right forum. If not then perhaps you can ask one of the mods to move it to the 'Conspiracies in Religion' forum.

Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) was introduced to the public by Li Hongzhi on May 13, 1992, as a Qigong exercise in Changchun, China. According to Li, Falun Gong is an advanced cultivation system in the "Buddha School" which, in the past, was handed down to chosen disciples and served as an intensive cultivation method that required practitioners with extremely high “Xinxing” (mind-nature) or “great inborn quality.” Li taught the practice for three years and since then the Falun Gong has been promoted by practitioners themselves voluntarily. He could levitate off the ground and become invisible simply by thinking "Nobody can see me.” Two other supernatural powers were his ability to control people’s movements by thoughts and to move himself anywhere he wanted by thought alone. Li also presented himself as the very embodiment of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance and claimed to have discovered the truth of the universe…the origin of humankind and foresaw the development and future of the humankind.

zhangxi0183 i do believe you should start practicing this technique ,your anger has grown out of control .I think you do practice in secret to better yourself but you are afraid of the consequences if you are caught . Chapter 1.
To tell you what is "FaLun Gong".First I should tell you what is "Qi Gong".

I think most of you know the Chinese "kung fu" in Jet Li's movie.In the long history of Chinese culture,"Qi Gong" has its place.But in the "kung fu" movie,"Qi Gong" usually was bombastic.

The character "Qi" in chinese means gas.It is the gas you breath.The gas inside your body.The Chinese pronunciation is "Qi".

The character "Gong" is equal to "kung fu".The "Gong"="Kung".though they translate to Enlish is "Kung".but the accurate pronunciation is "Gong fu".So you can imagine the "Qi Gong" is some kind of "Kung fu" that control and use your gas in your body.

Though my explanation maybe not scientific enough.And untill now,We cann't get enough science support on the "Qi Gong".but from the words,We can get that mean.

I'm not angry.I just find out it's wasting time to argue with some "hostility" people.

Ok so all and all, its a Huge spiritual movement, But your guberment is trying to derail it thru public discredit and the normal propaganda, Now also it seems their are other "groups/factions" that are using the same idea as a sheild to commit acts of terror as well, although not on a broad basis, (btw this is from me stringing info i have been gathering thru news and other info docs, but its still just my opinon ....(_o_)

but the thing is, It is a Spiritual movement, You cant stop that, lol its gonna happen without words, all i can say is as long as you have love, You have a way.

Okay you may found some imformation in english about the "FaLun Gong",but what i'm telling you is more detailed and vivid.

seems to me china has a revolution on their hands.......watch out usa we might be next......with the "im getting paid like crap and that doesn't cover my daily living anymore" revolution movement...... i will be in the front row 3rd to the right for any 3 named people who are reading =) (save yeah some time)

Chapter 2.

In the 1990's."Qi Gong" get some kind of fashion in China.There are bunch sort of "Qi Gong" and bunch sort of "Qi Gong" master.

For example:there are "ZhongHua Gong","DaYan Gong","TaiJi Gong"......etc.

But under the "Qi Gong" fashion,there also appear some fake "Qi Gong".Which were intend to cheat money from normal people.(PS:people practice "Qi Gong" primary for get health,you can compare with yoga,then you will understand.)

For example:The "WanFaGuiYi Gong" master Zhang XiaoPing Cheat bunch of money from normal people.Master Zhang XiaoPing claims he is the son of Buddha.And if he stop practice the "WanFaGuiYi Gong",Huge calamity will fall on China.And Master Zhang XiaoPing also said because he didn't practice "WanFaGuiYi Gong" lately,The US-Iraq war happened.(US-Iraq war means the war in 1991 after Iraq invade Koweit.)

By the influence of my father,I practice some kind of "Qi Gong" when I was a little child.Though I don't have interest on it.I feel bored,I give it up soon.But I do believe some "Qi Gong" is good to health.But some fake "Qi Gong" is useless or even harmful to your health.

By the way,When I mentioned the fake "Qi Gong" cheat money.there are different ways.Some of them just ask you for money directly.The money usually spend on "Qi Gong" class which was opened by the "Qi Gong" master.Some of them would not ask you for money directly.But they will tell the "Qi Gong" fans to buy their books,Their keepsake.Or even just give the fans some hints so that the fans will donate to them.

I'm familiar with Falun Gong.

The bottom line for me is:

I don't care if they believe that they can cure themselves, or claim that aliens are running around the countryside mating with virgins.

Chinese citizens are guaranteed freedom of religion in the constitution and it's not happening.

The CCP had no problem with FLG, in fact they used to praise it, until they held a silent, peaceful protest. Then all of a sudden it was an evil, dangerous cult that had to be controlled.

And because I'm on a conspiracy site, I'll throw this out there too:

I believe that the incidents of self-immolation were a operation by the CCP to demonize FLG to the Chinese citizens.
