8)if we havent discovered a planet yet, with unrefutable fury it does not exist!
9)this whole notion of reality is an anomaly and a joke. when our pointless lives are over we will be in a permanent non-existant 'state of mind', people don't actually have an essence of God or a soul inside of them.

17)A comet is not coming to hit our planet - surely NASA would notify the world population shortly before their doom - that would be real pretty, worldwide anarchy. So believe everything you see/hear/red from NASA; they are more worthy than Biblical texts.
18)A planetary body is not coming to hit our planet, graze it, or passby it. This will not happen around 2012ish, or after, and all who theorize on this interpretation of Sumerian myth is misinterpreting it, see rule #12.

A miniature world

I would not say so. What I am saying is what exactly is the meaning of "...in some cases..."?

Anyway, it was Marduk's question. Not rereading it, I am under the impression that he was asking for information about how many such stones there were. That's all. I personally don't have a problem with Seti placing a hundred, even a thousand, 100-ton granite blocks there.

Your photo and sketch are helpful, I think, in answering what Marduk asked.

Well, maybe not so much of a tangent. Wasn't the Osireon discovered 50 feet below another structure? And no other structure in Egypt incorporated such large granite blocks?

Isn't that evidence that the more elaborate structures were built earlier than the later ones?

Not exactly. It's not elaborate, but lack of elaborate that seems to date the stones. In other words, the plain central chamber, separates it from the highly decorated "A" and "B" chambers, making it appear to have originated at a different time than the "A" and "B" chambers. The theory being that Seti I discovered the Osirieon during excavations for the foundation of his own temple, refurbished it, added the "A" and "B" chambers and tunnel, incorporating it into his complex. This appears to date the Central chamber of the Osirieon to the time of the GP and other undecorated, monolithic monuments in Egypt. How old that is, is the question of this thread.

Not a problem Marduk. It's quite easy to find links to references on such. Primarily it is with the Vedic literature that I am fascinated. Let your journey begin. I realize that you appear to be one of those "I won't believe it until I SEE it" kind of person.

As to seeing the truth... I have a hunch [a theory really] that cosmic powers keep people that are not ready from seeing the truth.
