Well it looks like everyone already know about this. I have to say I am not surprise and I truly already knew they did this. If someone is still saying they dont know, its time for them to wake up.

A number of former AT&T employees who have come forward as whistleblowers say the government is spying on your internet use... right now. Some of them have spoken up as un-named sources in various media outlets. Some have spoken to me on an off-the-record basis. And some have laid it all on the line to tell their story to the world......

But as the man responsible for keeping all those cables straight -- so to speak -- Klein was concerned by a set of fiber optic lines that split off from the main internet pipe into what he called "the secret room......"

IBM's announcement this week of the fourth basic electronics component.
the Memristor. Is the last part needed to create the ultimate ghost in the machine.

The problem with being able to photograph the entire surface of the earth down to the resolution where you can read the newspaper from someones hand every day in 37 different spectrum flavors, is in reviewing all that data for what you want to find.

You wind up with a team larger than the one that you would need to actually walk the surface of the planet looking, in the same time period.

Enter the Neural Network Computer. This little baby is not programmed, you show it pictures of every known missile silo. And then show it the data and it finds all the rest! Improving it's learning as it goes.
If can find patterns which you cannot even define, or write a program to find.

The problem has been that the Neural Network is analog not digital. And there WAS no analog memory. Each neuron can have thousands of synapses which each require an adjustable numeric memory value. It is in the adjustment of this number that it learns.

From the 1950s to the 1980s there was a company which made little tubes called perceptrons which gold plated on demand to serve this function. They were expensive, propriatary, relatively large and hot.

The problem with trying to make a neuron is that the neuron is analog and memory was digital requiring large expensive digital to analog convertors. Many of them. The neurons which in nature are arranged in analog ways, had to be fired off in layers which of course is not analog at all. Brains do not fire one layer at a time.

So you see that most Neural Network computers were horrendously malformed models for even the simplest brains.
Even so they posessed amazing properties.

Enter the Memristor. Big brother now has the ability to build the ultimate Neural Network computer. True emulation of organic structures on memory chips.

In the 1970 / 80s this was the best funded R&D project of the military budget.

When the Singularity folks talk about building a computer which designs better computers until man is insignificant in his ability to reason. It will be this computer.

Artificial Intelligence pales in comparison to this. I have no doubt that the government has had this Memristor technology since the 1980s, so we are probably several generations into development of the Ghost.

And, I was told by someone who should know, that some of the things I said created big problems for Lockheed Martin, aka "We never forget who we're working for" people (they're not lying there).

I don't know if above quote was the source of problems, but it's my best guess at the moment.

Anyone from Lockheed Martin willing to put their lives on the line, and confirm my assumption? I suggest a new thread, no empty talking, just simple facts. Documents would be most prefered, but external links to what is publicly known would be good as well.

If you don't meet the critera, don't even consider starting the thread...

Ya know, as someone who makes his living in the Infosec field, I have to say that ultimately, nobody's communications are secure without encryption.

You should always assume that nothing you send in email is private. So use GPG, or TOR, or something... but you can't complain when your clear text message is intercepted by anyone.
