Skynews has the scare features in place now, showing us clips from around the World of people dying. Apparently, some people in Scotland are not letting their children out near swans

Don't know, but im going to be listening to the Northern Ireland restore of power today...not a lot of scare tatics there

As for NI, I doubt that there will be any restoration of Stormont. Fools can never sort anything out.

Two more dead swans have just been found in Richmond Park (Glasgow i believe?), tests are being carried out on those as we speak.

The media is just getting abit scared at the moment. it is very common for birds to die in the winter, just cause two more have been found dead, does not mean its another case. that phone number for finding dead birds is for Scotland, currently

Any news in regards to checking the poultry farms yet or are they just going to cull all of them now and not bother with testing?

ITV have just confirmed that it is H5N1 that the swan had. They are now beginning to test on other birds that were found in the area - dead - to see if this is an isolated case or not. They also warned not to go poking dead birds or eating them.

Stop specific individuals, yes. In regards wiping out an entire nation, no and there's no one speculating a 100% fatality rate either. That is if it even mutates.

For now, all you have to do is stay away from fowl, imo. I also beleive this is all a conspiracy to further the NWO. Those low flying black helicopters will make their presence known soon.

No one has confirmed this is H5N1 yet. I don't care what ITN or Sky say, they are tabloid-esque piles of claptrap that compete for ratings.

The head vet dude in Scotland in charge of this has yet to make a statement.

Secondly, the swan found in Scotland is a mute swan, which is permantly resident in Scotland.

Something else brought the bug in, but don't worry about these particular swans spreading it to other countries.

I'd be more concerned finding the vector that is doing the spreading.....

And finally....

They've found a swan in Northern Ireland. Just thought I would throw that in to try and get Infinite to stop watching the boring drama that is the NI Assembly.....

So they had this swan for a while and choose to release the information today? why? what other important political event is going on in the United Kingdom.

Could it be Blairs failure in Northern Ireland and this being released today to cover up the history of the Good Friday agreement? im not crying conspiracy, but think about it. If the news wasn't talking about bird flu, they would be looking at the Good Friday agreement and questioning his commitment into it.

Rememeber, they even switched from Blairs press conference to Bird Flu and it was confirmed the deadly string during his speech about Northern Ireland.
