Who cares about stargates. Its that when you die you can use those stargates, now and here they have no use, it doesnt make sence, we came here to do somthing, look around we doing it wrong and you thinking about stargates?

This is as important to know as the stargates

It's my opinion that whatever spliced their genes with primates, to make us, did it for a purpose BESIDES just needing workers and slaves. It is my viewpoint that by giving us intelligence, they had hoped we would become guardians of our planet, as most intelligent species would. The problem is that all of us, NOW, are so wrapped up in a our daily lives we don't even think about what we are actually doing to the Earth.

Interesting, was watching AncientAliens part 5 now and Sagan included greetings of 55 languages on the golden record he sent to space with voyager. Among them sumerian and akkadian.

sumerian too? Thats a bit wierd surely the focus would be on languages that are widely spoken and understood?

If someone familiar with these 240 pages of dreams could pull any real evidence (not backless hypothesis) into one post it would be appreciated. This stuff reads like an interesting book, and after going threw many pages and only seeing a single grainy black and white photo of an alleged stargate that actually looks just like the one on the tv I'm left to believe that's all it is, an interesting book.

And if aliens did come to earth in the past, why would they need to build these. They would then clearly be capable of traveling between stars and would have no need to build such a device.

Had a question about the stargate as shown on the series. The movement in the event horizon after dialed seems explained in the series, yet I wondered if the writers based that on any particular research. Was there an actual fact or theory to support such movements in an event horizon beyond some of the images shown in this thread. This is a mere curiosity to where the writers were inspired on those details or if they knew they had to create the simulation even if surreal for the series.

i guess it would all depend on what science you adhere to at the moment. currently, interstellar travel without a shortcut, is considered impossible, if not improbable, due to the huge amounts of time involved and the tendency of matter to disintergrate into energy at light speed. the solution is, therefore, to use something like a teleport that deconstructs and reconstructs matter. a wormhole is presented as a shortcut threw space-time. an artificially generated wormhole with teleportation capabilities (deconstruction and reconstruction of matter) would necessarily be the hallmark of an interstellar society, since it makes such travel possible and has the mechanism to reconstruct matter, built in, at the receiving end.

at least, that's the theory. also, did you miss the gate pictures from sumer and egypt? the one from the tv series you refer to was posted by zorgon as a sort of wtf moment.

Forget about ancient stargates, what about the ones that are working now.
Or, have you all forgoten about the Tevatron particle accelerator and the CERN Labs Large Hadron Collider. Isn't it strange that the logo for Cern labs has the numbers 666 and leters "P" and "D" in them (sorry didn't mean to divert- will I get dinged?)

i know theoretical physicists claim the event horizon would look like water. that's about all i know as far as the tv show effect is concerned.

The watery effect I gather they picked up from the hyroglyphics and scenes. Besides that, I wonder how they got the vortex burst or if that was added for shock and awe for the impression of an unstable wormhole. Where in the ancient artifacts does it show anything about an unstable wormhole?

On another topic, about hybrids, it seems like Senators have pissed their pants about the idea. The series gets into hybrids to make perfect hosts, and it seems there may be more to it from what this thread reveals. Yes, I would like to discuss your findings concerning stargates. I just wrote an in depth article about the Julie Penrose Fountain in Colorado Springs; it includes many photohgraphs, and my own suppositions about what might be going on there.

I've read my fair share of this thread, but, lets get real, unless I had been participating from the beginning, this thread is FAR too long, offering not much proof, other than wide speculation.

I've heard a few people mention proofs here and there, but haven't actually seen any posted.

Perhaps a main contributor to this thread could somehow start up a new thread, attempting to compile as much of the 'credible' or 'acceptible' information found here into a new thread?

It would definitely help the thread to expand and grow, in a better way, imho.

Still quite the good, and interesting read, however.

After re-reading my post, I think it may have come across as harsh, which was definitely not the intention.
Really, I'm more trying to impress the fact upon you (undo) that I think you would be able to make your thread a lot interesting, and informative, for more people, if you were to start by presenting all your information in a single thought process, as opposed to asking people if they are interested before putting your theories to the boards, and allowing us to decide for ourselves.

This topic is very interesting, and I hope you'll start a new thread, including all pertinent information from this HUGE thread.
