How about this? We know that Bin Laden likes to make a 'play' on the dates such as 911 so.......here's my thinking:

The date is January 23, 2006 which is 1/23/06. See the 1,2,3....
Maybe he means it like the start of a race.....like "1, 2, 3, GO!"
They said it was to be 6 cities so that would be the "06".

Well, I'm no scholar, but it makes me wonder.....

if you look at it like this: 06, 1, 2, 3 - then reverse thats a proper countdown = 3, 2, 1, go

Predictions that have specific dates attached to them are marked for failure.

Im going to work tomorrow as usual. If something happens, I'll know. If it happens outside of Houston, someone will call my cell and let me know. If its in Houston, I wont need the phone call.

If I was Iran, I would launch a pre-emptive strike because the west is coming. Probably in the next few months.

At any rate, do I think there will be an attack on Monday. No. Do I think we will be attacked soon? Absolutely.

Do I think we will be attacked before the bombing of Iran? Absolutely. It clinches the support.

Do I think the attack on Iran will begin before April 1st? Not absolutely but still yes.

Iran has shown zero sign of backing down and ditto for the west. Its odd that the west would be so against attacking Iraq but almost 100% for attacking Iran.

It all comes down to "What have you done for me lately." And "scratch my back and I'll scratch yours."

Osama, or "Osama," is about to play his last terrorist card. This will be the big one.

Iran will be blamed. Bombs away.

And when the bombs start to fall, Iran will spit all they have at Isreal. And they will try to run troops into Afganistan and Iraq (at least) to do what they can while the window to do so is still open.

I wouldnt be surprised if Iran has a military agreement with Syria. I wouldnt be surprised if he has a military agreement with the Palastinians as well.

If it turns out he has a secret agreement with China, Russia, or North Korea, popping a bottle of Tylenol might be a serious option compared to the alternative.

wow man i never saw it like that..very intresting.

if there is anybody wathcing from above..id hope they would help us in some way...innocent lives should not be lost.

Pertaining to the predictions, I'm pretty sure we will be cool tomorow. The real threat is in the up and coming months. Its bound to happen it's just a matter of time. I feel safe here in PA. I'm not sure which tape it was but, Bin Ladin claimed that he would not attack 'blue' states. PA just so happens to have voted for Kerry in the 2004 elections.

Allthough who's to say you can trust anyone anymore, that weilds any political power what so ever. And to anyone in those cities, don't worry about it...they don't call it terrorism for nothing. It's all about constant intimidation. Chances are only Gov. and big comerce will be targets. Unless all the BS about dirty bombs and such is true. In that case, go to GNC and buy some iodine pills. I live near a nuclear power plant, they(the plant) will give them out for free if you request them.

This ain't the place for Iran talk, but here's what I know.

I've heard this from two different soldiers in Iraq, one is a officer in the airforce and the other is a grunt in the marines. Both are very close friends of mine(but neither of them know each other). Here's the kicker, as early as 2004, both of them were telling me and other friends of mine, that the US military has had special forces in Iran since the spring of 04.

They were/are there to paint targets for future airstrikes(the usual targets, SAM sites, powerplants, munitions factories). I'm assuming that, this was pretty common knowladge among our service men(or atleast some of them),and they just didn't know they weren't suposed to talk about it. Scary stuff if you think about it. If we don't use nukes, Iran has the capability to put a serious hurtin on us.

Wherever George Bush is, he will be watching the Elections very closely, he is hoping for a Harper majority.

Peterpaul why do you say annexed, they would have to invade us first your funny, we are not a barn that you can affix to a stable.

And for all those who feel Harper(if elected) will play into Bush's hand, I do feel you sorely underestimate the man.

Manhattan Kansas is about an 20 min drive (Ill bet the motorcade could make it in 10min) from Ft. Riley KS. home of the 1st Infantry Division. When I was stationed there there really wasn't any safe places. Most of the command area of the base (Div HQ etc..) were in General Custer Indian war era stone buildings. "The Hill" where the majority of the troops are are just common barracks. The majority of the base property is dedicated to tank ranges and etc..

But in any case I don't see anything happening today.

There is a fair amount of hype in the end of the article but its still an interesting read.
