Hello,

It has been a very long time since I have posted here, more or less a lurker anymore...
But I have been researching this topic myself and I have found a free binaural tone generator for you.

Gnaural this by the way is open source software and they have options for Windows, Mac and Linux. I don't know if you can save the generated tone as an audio file...?

I am presently studying this subject and it seems that the magic number to use for achieving OOBE's is 6.3Hz
