The story ends with the captain staring at an urgent telex recalling every ship in the galactic fleet – at a cost of trillions of dollars – pending an investigation into the disintegration of the ship’s official dog.

Best, Bill

Bill;
That reminds me a US Defense Contractor urban legend about a purchasing manager who could not find a missing Jet engine. So he and his superiors concocted paperwork losing it in a bureaucratic pile. Then they found it and decided to dump it in the nearest river, when it later bobbed to the surface exposing all.

And what are you "clearing" when using Hubbard's personal development techniques? In the CoS they are "clearing" the alien souls grafted onto us from the dawn of humanity. Is that the case in Rons Org? If so, then that is surely the obvious reason why so many people are concerned about your connection with both Serpo and Hubbard as the alien/human hybrid concept is integral to both.

Mr. Ryan, have you considered contacting Anon and requesting he give us some data to back up his claims?

It seems to me that with each new post we're getting further away from any kind of hard proof and more into fantasy. Surely Anon can see that by refusing to post any kind of evidence or data backing up his claims that he's actually hurting the serpo story and only giving everyone that much more reason to be skeptical.

Hi, futureafter –

I think it's becoming more and more likely that Anon does not intend to make things crystal clear for us, or provide us with undeniable hard proof. There seems to be something going on here which is designed to confuse... assuming that whoever is behind this is pretty bright, rather than a complete klutz. I think we can safely assume the former.

Here are my current thoughts – a good chance to summarize them, then I'm going to bed.

(In no special order)

1) There's an orchestrated attempt to provide real data mixed with fiction and confusion. This is standard disinformation. 80/20 seems to me to be about right. One-fifth of altered or injected nonsense is plenty enough to wreck an otherwise lucid, convincing and coherent account.

2) The purpose of the disinformation may be
a) to gradually get people used to the idea that there's something to this story
b) plausible deniability (so the USG can reverse out of this if they're cornered for any reason)
c) to give people a necessary psychological "out" if their world would be shattered if they were abruptly confronted with hard proof.

3) This may continue for quite some time and will end up in full disclosure. (This is the entire reason I'm hanging on in here... because it may be worth it, and also helps the process to occur as planned.)

4) At some point we'll get photos, but they too will be subject to as much dispute as the text (for exactly the same reasons).

5) The core story is real (an exchange program took place).

6) Anonymous is not working alone. He's part of a group which is orchestrated at a very high Intel level. "He" may not be a single individual at all.

7) This is part of a carefully calculated release program.

8) All reactions are being closely monitored, here and elsewhere.

9) The material supplied is taken from an audio transcript of the real thing and subsequently retyped. After that, the material may be being further tweaked or doctored to meet the above ends. The result is a lot of errors, some accidental (which Anon et al are perfectly aware of, and have not corrected) and some deliberate.

I apologize to anyone whose questions I've missed. It's been a full-time job keeping up with it all. Please repost your questions and U2U me if necessary (and with U2Us, please give me 24 hours to respond!)

Best to all, Bill

Brought to you by NASA (No Away Souls Anywhere!)

After watching himself for a possible long time (he had no calendar and the time instruments were in gear stored in the bowl room) says:

Post #11 TL: "In the center of these containers is a copper colored coil or something looking like a coil.

Now that just might be the best observation the poor guy made in the ten years he was there! Roll the scene:

TL: Does that look like a copper colored coil?
203: Well......uh......maybe?
TL: Maybe it is a coil. But do YOU think it is a coil?
225: Could be!?!
TL: Make a note we think we have a copper colored coil, or what might be a coil.
203: Yes, sir. Right away!

Very scientific! God only knows why they sent him (unless it was the exendability factor.)

Sorry Bill,

Had a son problem and had to leave for a while. His mother (my exe) wanted to scream at me for something he did. So I turned my hearing aide off while on the phone. (Didn't hear a thing all.)

But again thanks.

I have no problem with the term author. But I would ask now, who originated the site? Seriously. Someone had to have something to start with.

Did Victor just get an e-mail that said create a site.
And write what I say.

Shazaam. I had to log on again to respond to this one!

What say yee Anon? no pun intended. I'll wait and see if the group notices anything here.

Yup - noticed - but wanted to see if someone else would. Still not positive though. His grammer isn't quite bad enough... I was waiting for him to say "I have bad eye site"...

Are you referring to this apparent contradiction?

Being on the phone yet not being able to hear anything?

(Things that make you go hmmmmm)

I am a year younger than Bill and a Disabled American Vet.
So the part where I turned my hearing aide off is true.
Without it you have to scream in my ear.

But seriously, how did the site originate?

EDit: I need my glasses as well.

No, I meant, what does this sentence by Garyo1954 above mean?

He is essentially apparently saying he is Anon. ?? I am too tired to investigate this one now, but . . .

No, dogbert, garyo was asking how the serpo.org website got started, if someone just sent Victor an email saying... I can see where the confusion would arise though.

Hello all.

My first post here. My apologies if this was covered elsewhere in this topic but 100+ pages is alot to go through. I've been following along with this story like many others. I was on the Serpo website and something caught my attention.

" The first Eben craft entered our atmosphere during the afternoon of April 24, 1964. the Eben craft landed at the wrong location, near Socorro, New Mexico. Our team was in place at White Sands. We were able to communicate a message to the Eben craft that they landed at the wrong location. The second Eben craft picked up the message and landed at the correct location. "

The date seemed familar to me. Going back through my ufo books I noticed it was the day of the infamous Patrolman Lonnie Zamora landing/sighting just outside of Socorro,New Mexico. The book I'm reading from tells the story with the encounter starting around 5:45.pm while he was giving chase to a speeding vehicle.

In no way am I bringing this up to say Serpo is real. I just found it interesting in the information released on the Serpo website that the same day it's said the craft landed in the wrong spot, the Lonnie Zamora encounter took place.

Again, my apologies if this was already discussed and I am aware of the search feature lol. I just felt the need to bring it up and make mention of it. My curiousity has now led me to search online and read more about the Zamora encounter which was said to be pretty credible. I even remember seeing it on Unsolved Mysteries and several other shows.

Regardless, the Serpo story has interested me alot. Good luck to everyone in search of the truth to it all.

Me? Anon?
Now that is funny!

I have been a member of ATS since 2004.
I have made NO post as anon, anon#1, anon#2, Victor, Bill, or anyone other than garyo1954 while a member of ATS.

I was born Gary O'Brien on October 28, 1954.
That is the only ID I have here, there, or anywhere.
(Although I would like to change my name to Cenonymous.)

I am not now, nor ever have been, a communist, alien, politician, or CoS'er.
Nor have I seen bigger feet than size 83 (which is Bozo the Clown's shoe size.)

You can torture me, fry me, whip me, beat me...get me drunk, get me laid......(?)......and other things. I am no part of SERPO.

Satisfied?
(Besides if I were a liar I'd lie to you.)

Was 'Team Leader' writing about himself in the third person during his first journal entry?

I don't know... but it's much more likely than it seems at first.

In fact... if you go through the 'great' military diaries of history many of them are written in the third person. Caesar's 'Gallic Wars', for instance, are written entirely in the third person.

Now... is it standard military procedure for a commander to write an introductory log in the third person? I have no idea. What I do know, though, is that many military commanders of the past (from ancient Greece to our day and time) have written their stories in the third person. Perhaps 'TL' started off writing in the third person and, as time went on, slipped back into first person? We can't tell... and we can't use that to discredit the story (simply because so many military stories have been written in third person).

What we need is something more... to either prove or disprove this story.

I have a simple question that has been gnawing at me from day one.
For those of you who have friends/influence in the ufo community, why cant we get an interview with victor for ATS?

I understand his reluctance to join the bloody frey, but his direct words would be of great help here. I bet an old fashioned interview with some submitted questions from our members would ease some of these building pressures we see here. Perhaps a phone podcast?

I know that I personally would appreciate his input.

On a side note to Bill, are these other groups you mention willing to share their findings here for comparison?

Just a concerned member here.

hi, my name is Crakeur and I'm anon.

wow. that felt great. oh, this isn't hoaxers anonymous? damn, sorry, wrong forum.

here's some oddities for y'all to mull over as we wait for the pics that will never show.

there was one biologist on the trip and two scientists who specialized in geology. they mapped the planet or something. the biologist presumably studied the various life forms on the planet. what's the one thing a scientist would never travel without, especially a biologist? anyone...anyone beuhler?.....that's right kids. a microscope. however, it was stated by anon that they didn't bring a microscope.

anyone else notice how similar paul mcgovern's writing style is in his first comment to anon's first post is to anon's posts? it actually reads like they both come from the same mind.

ever notice that you lose one sock to every three loads of laundry?

sleep
